Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ポリオールおよびポリイソシアネート、並びに発泡剤および必要に応じ発 泡助剤からのポリウレタン硬質フォームの製造方法において、ポリウレタン硬質 フォームは A.(1)蔗糖もしくはソルビトールに基づく分子量300〜800の40〜8 0重量%のポリエチレンオキシド/プロピレンオキシドポリエーテル と、 (2)芳香族モノ−、ジ−もしくはポリ−アミンに基づく分子量300〜8 00の3〜40重量%のポリエチレンオキシド/プロピレンオキシド ポリエーテルと、 (3)脂肪族モノ−、ジ−もしくはポリ−アミンに基づく分子量200〜8 00の3〜40重量%のポリエチレンオキシド/プロピレンオキシド ポリエーテルと、 (4)分子量500〜1500の3〜40重量%の線状ポリエチレンオキシ ド/プロピレンオキシドポリエーテルと、 (5)必要に応じさらにイソシアネートに対し反応性の少なくとも2個の水 素原子を有する分子量150〜12500g/モルの化合物と、 (6)触媒と、 (7)水と、 (8)アルカン、シクロアルカン、フルオロクロル炭化水素、フルオロ炭化 水素の群からの発泡剤と、 (9)必要に応じ助剤および/または添加物質と を含有するポリオール成分を、 B.20〜48重量%のNCO含有量を有する有機および/または改変有機ポリ イソシアネートと 反応させることにより得られることを特徴とするポリウレタン硬質フォームの製 造方法。 2. 成分(1)が、70〜100重量%の1,2−プロピレンオキシドおよび 0〜30重量%のエチレンオキシドに基づく蔗糖出発ポリエーテルであることを 特徴とする請求の範囲第l項に記載のポリウレタン硬質フォームの製造方法。 3. 成分(2)が、70〜100重量%の1,2−プロピレンオキシドおよび 0〜30重量%のエチレンオキシドに基づいて出発したo−トルイレンジアミン であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載のポリウレタン硬質フォームの 製造方法。 4. 成分(3)が、50〜100重量%の1,2−プロピレンオキシドおよび 0〜50重量%のエチレンオキシドに基づくエチレンジアミン出発ポリエーテル であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載のポリウレタン硬質フォームの 製造方法。 5. 成分(1)が、70〜100重量%の1,2−プロピレンオキシドおよび 0〜30重量%のエチレンオキシドに基づくソルビトール出発ポリエーテルであ ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載のポリウレタン硬質フォームの製造 方法。 6. 成分(4)が、70〜100重量%の1,2−プロピレンオキシドおよび 0〜30重量%のエチレンオキシドに基づくプロピレングリコール出発ポリエー テルであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載のポリウレタン硬質フォー ムの製造方法。 7. 水含有量がポリオール成分Aの100重量部当たり0.5〜7.0重量部 であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜6項のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレ タン硬質フォームの製造方法。 8. 発泡剤(8)としてシクロペンタンおよび/またはシクロヘキサンを使用 することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜7項のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタ ン硬質フォームの製造方法。 9. 発泡剤(8)としてn−および/またはi−ペンタンおよび/またはシク ロペンタンおよび/またはシクロヘキサンの混合物を使用することを特徴とする 請求の範囲第1〜7項のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタン硬質フォームの製造 方法。 10. 発泡剤(8)としてシクロペンタンとn−ブタンおよび/またはイソブ タンおよび/または2,2−ジメチルブタンとの混合物を使用することを特徴と する請求の範囲第1〜7項のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタン硬質フォームの 製造方法。 11. 発泡剤(8)としてn−ペンタンを使用することを特徴とする請求の範 囲第1〜7項のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタン硬質フォームの製造方法。 12. 発泡剤(8)として1,1,1−ジクロルフルオロエタン(R141b )または1,1,1,3,3−ペンタンフルオロプロパン(R245fa)を使 用することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜7項のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレ タン硬質フォームの製造方法。
