Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.式II: [R1はアミンの保護基を表す]の化合物を、無機塩および希釈剤の存在下に、 金属水素化物で還元することを特徴とする、式I: [R1は前記のものを表す]の化合物の製造方法。 2.アミン保護基が、a)アリル、b)ベンズヒドリル、c)メトキシメチル 、d)ベンジルオキシメチル、e)テトラヒドロピラニル、f)任意に置換され たベンジル基、g)ジ(p−メトキシフェニル)メチル、h)トリフェニルメチ ル、i)(p−メトキシフェニル)ジフェニルメチル、j)ジフェニル−4− ピリジルメチル、k)2,4,6−トリメチルベンゼンスルホニル、l)トルエン スルホニル、m)ベンジルスルホニル、n)C1〜6アルキル基、o)トリフルオ ロC1〜4アルキル基、p)アルキニル基、q)p−メトキシベンジルまたは任意 に置換されたアンモニウムから成る群より選択される、請求項1記載の方法。 3.R1がベンジルである、請求項2記載の方法。 4.金属水素化物が、水素化ナトリウム、水素化カリウム、水素化マグネシウ ム、水素化カルシウム、ホウ水素化ナトリウム、ホウ水素化カリウム、ホウ水素 化リチウム、水素化リチウムアルミニウム、水素化ナトリウムアルミニウム、水 素化アルミニウム、水素化ナトリウムビス−(2−メトキシエトキシ)アルミニ ウム、水素化リチウムモノ(C1〜4アルコキシ)アルミニウム、水素化リチウム ジ(C1〜4アルコキシ)アルミニウムまたは水素化ナトリウムジエチルアルミニ ウム、またはこれらの混合物である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の 方法。 5.金属水素化物が、水素化リチウムアルミニウムまたは水素化ナトリウムア ルミニウムである、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 6.無機塩が、リチウム、ナトリウム、マグネシウム、カルシウム、亜鉛、ラ ンタンまたは鉄の塩、またはこれらの混合物である、請求項1から5までのいず れか1項記載の方法。 7.無機塩が、ハロゲン化物の塩である、請求項6記載の方法。 8.無機塩が、塩化マグネシウム、臭化マグネシウムまたはヨウ化マグネシウ ムである、請求項7記載の方法。 9.希釈剤が、エーテルまたは炭化水素、またはこれらの混合物である、請求 項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 10.請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法で製造した式Iの化合物 から、a)ヒドロキシ基の脱離基への変換、b)セサモールまたはその塩との反 応、c)保護基R1の除去、場合によってはd)塩形成の工程を経て製造される 、パロキセチン。
