Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(A)30から70重量パーセントの合成樹脂であり、 (1)30から70重量パーセントの、ポリプロピレン、ポリカーボネ ート、ポリフェニレンオキサイド、またはポリスチレン、もしく はポリスチレンと無水マレイン酸とのコポリマーである第1の樹 脂、および (2)30から70重量パーセントの、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、 またはナイロン6,6、またはその配合物もしくは混合物である 第2の樹脂 であって、(A)(1)および(A)(2)の重量パーセントは、(A) (1)と(A)(2)との間で合計100%である合成樹脂と、 (B)難燃剤であり、 (1)20から45重量パーセントのピロリン酸メラミン、および (2)15から30重量パーセントのピロリン酸メラミンと10重量 パーセントまでのチャー形成触媒;および (3)15から30重量パーセントのピロリン酸メラミンと、10重 量パーセントまでのチャー形成触媒と、10重量パーセントまで のチャー形成物であり、ノボラック、ビニルアルコール、もしく はスターチであるチャー形成物、および (4)20から40重量パーセントのピロリン酸メラミンと5重量パー セントまでのホウ酸亜鉛 からなる群から選択された難燃剤と、 (C)40重量パーセントまでの強化剤と を含有する組成物であり、前記の(A)(1)と(A)(2)との間の関係以外は、 すべての重量パーセントは(A)+(B)+(C)の総重量に基づくことを特徴 とする組成物。 2.(B)におけるチャー形成触媒は、リンタングステン酸、シリコタングステ ン酸、またはタングステン酸のアルカリ金属塩であることを特徴とする請求項1 に記載の組成物。 3.前記チャー形成触媒の量が0.1から10重量パーセントであることを特徴 とする請求項1および2のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 4.前記チャー形成物の量が0.1から10重量パーセントであることを特徴と する請求項2、3および4のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 5.(B)は30重量パーセントであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成 物。 6.相対的な重量パーセント(A)(1)および(A)(2)は、(A)(1)および (2)の重量にのみ基づいて、それぞれ50%であることを特徴とする請求項1 に記載の組成物。 7.(A)(1)はポリプロピレン、ポリスチレン、ポリプロピレンオキサイド、 またはポリスチレンと無水マレイン酸とのコポリマーであり、および(A)(2 )はナイロン6,6であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。 8.(A)(1)はポリカーボネートであり、および(A)(2)はポリエチレンテ レフタレートであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。 9.(B)はピロリン酸メラミンであることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれ か1項に記載の組成物。 10.(C)は、ガラス、カーボン、マイカ、アラミド繊維、またはそれらの混 合物であることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 11.請求項1〜10項のいずれか1項に記載の組成物から製造されることを特 徴とする成形品。
