Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 蒸気滅菌可能単層医療用管であって、 10グラム/10分を越えるメルトフローインデックスを有するポリプロピレンの ホモポリマーまたはコポリマーの溶融強度向上剤で、1重量%から10重量%の量 と、(i)ビニル芳香族炭化水素および共役ジエンの選択的水素化ブロックコポ リマー、ならびに(ii)ビニル芳香族炭化水素、および、α、βオレフィン性不 飽和モノカルボン酸試薬またはジカルボン酸試薬をグラフトした共役ジエンの選 択的水素化ブロックコポリマーのグループから選択された、90重量%から99重量 %の第2成分とのブレンドを含む、管。 2. 前記第2成分はスチレンエチレンブテンスチレンブロックコポリマーであ る、請求項1に記載の管。 3. 前記スチレンエチレンブテンスチレンブロックコポリマーは、5重量%か ら40重量%のオイルで変性される、請求項2に記載の管。 4. 第2成分は、5%から40%のオイルを含む、油変性されたスチレンエチレ ンブテンスチレンブロックコポリマーである、請求項1に記載の管。 5. 前記溶融強度向上剤は、少なくとも40グラム/10分のメルトフローインデ ックスを有する、請求項1に記載の管。 6. 前記管は、 コイル回復率が少なくとも30%である、 弾性率がおよそ400psiから10,000psiである、および 降伏強さが50,000psi未満である、 という物理的特性を有する、請求項1に記載の管。 7. 前記管は、3,500psi未満の弾性率を有する、請求項1に記載の管。 8. ポリプロピレンの前記ホモポリマーまたはコポリマーは、溶融強度が高度 に改変されている、請求項1に記載の管。 9. 前記管は、半透明なオートクレーブ後透明度を有する、請求項1に記載の 管。 10. 管を重合体ハウジングに接着する方法であって、 10グラム/10分を越えるメルトフローインデックスを有するポリプロピレンの ホモポリマーまたはコポリマーと、ビニル芳香族炭化水素および共役ジエンの選 択的水素化ブロックコポリマー、ならびに、ビニル芳香族炭化水素、および、α 、βオレフィン性不飽和モノカルボン酸試薬またはジカルボン酸試薬をグラフト した共役ジエンの選択的水素化ブロックコポリマーのグループから選択された第 2成分とのブレンドの溶融強度向上剤からなる管を提供する工程と、 有極分子の重合体ハウジングを提供する工程と、 該管を該ハウジングに接触させて、セットを規定する工程と、 流れの存在するところで該セットを加熱して、該管を該ハウジングに接着させ る工程とを含む、方法。 11. 前記重合体ハウジングは、融点がオートクレーブ温度である成分を有する ポリプロピレンアロイから製造される、請求項11に記載の方法。 12. 前記重合体ハウジングはポリカーボネートから製造される、請求項11に記 載の方法。 13. 前記重合体ハウジングはポリプロピレンから製造される、請求項11に記載 の方法。 14. 前記管は、1重量%から10重量%のポリプロピレンと、90重量%から99重 量%の油変性されたスチレンエチレンブテンスチレンを含む、請求項11に記載の 方法。 15. 前記油変性されたスチレンエチレンブテンスチレンは、5重量%から40重 量%の鉱油を有する、請求項14に記載の方法。
