- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.一またはそれ以上の炭素鋼ワイヤとの接触状態で、少なくとも一本のステン レススチールワイヤを含み、該ステンレススチールワイヤの微細構造が、20% (体積%)未満のマルテンサイトを含むことを特徴とする、ハイブリッドスチー ルコード。 2.該ステンレススチールの微細構造が、5%未満のマルテンサイトを含むか、 あるいはマルテンサイトを含まない、請求の範囲第1項に記載のコード。 3.該炭素鋼が、0.68%〜0.95%(体積%)の範囲内の炭素を含む、請求の範囲第 1または2項に記載のコード。 4.該ステンレススチールが、体積%で、0.2%未満の炭素、16%〜20%の範囲 内のクロム、10%未満のニッケルおよび2%未満のモリブデンを含む、請求の 範囲第1〜3項の何れか1項に記載のコード。 5.該ステンレススチールが、0.12%未満の炭素、17%〜19%の範囲内のクロム および8%未満のニッケルを含む、請求の範囲第4項に記載のコード。 6.該ステンレススチールが、多くとも0.08%の炭素を含む、請求の範囲第5項 に記載のコード。 7.該コードの各スチールワイヤが、0.12〜0.35mmの範囲内の径を有する、請求 の範囲第1〜6項の何れか1項に記載のコード。 8.該コードの各炭素鋼ワイヤが、2より大きな、および好ましくは3より大き な最終変形度εなる変形に付されている、請求の範囲第7項に記載のコード。 9.該コードの各炭素鋼ワイヤが、少なくとも2000MPaに等しい、好ましくは250 0MPa以上の引張り強さをもつ、請求の範囲第8項に記載のコード。 10.該コードのステンレススチールワイヤが、ニッケル層で被覆されている、請 求の範囲第1〜9項の何れか1項に記載のコード。 11.該コードの炭素鋼またはステンレススチールワイヤが、黄銅の層で被覆され ている、請求の範囲第1〜10項の何れか1項に記載のコード。 12.該コードの各炭素鋼ワイヤが、少なくとも一本のステンレススチールワイヤ と接触している、請求の範囲第1〜11項の何れか1項に記載のコード。 13.該スチールワイヤの少なくとも50%が、炭素鋼ワイヤである、請求の範囲第 1〜12項の何れか1項に記載のコード。 14.基本的なストランド型のコードであって、螺旋状に一緒に捩じられた、一群 のN本のワイヤからなる構造(1xN)を有し、各炭素鋼ワイヤが、少なくとも一 本のステンレススチールワイヤとの接触状態にある、請求の範囲第13項に記載 のコード。 15.層状型のコードであって、Y本のワイヤを含む少なくとも第一の層によって 包囲された、X本のワイヤのコアからなる構造(X+Y+Z)を有し、該第一層自体は 、Z本のワイヤを含む第二の層によって包囲されていてもよく、場合によって 、好ましくはXは1〜4の範囲内にあり、Yは3〜12の範囲内にあり、およびZは8 〜20の範囲内にある、請求の範囲第13項に記載のコード。 16.層状型のコードであって、その中心のコアが、炭素鋼ワイヤの少なくとも第 一の層によって包囲されかつこれと接触している、請求の範囲第15項に記載の コード。 17.構造(1+6+11)または(1+6+12)を有し、夫々、該コードの中心コアが、6本の 炭素鋼ワイヤを含む少なくとも第一の層によって包囲されかつこれと接触して おり、該第一層自体が11または12本の炭素鋼ワイヤを含む第二の層によって包 囲されている、請求の範囲第16項に記載の層状コード。 18.スチールコード内の、1またはそれ以上の炭素鋼ワイヤの、疲労−擦過−腐 食に対する抵抗性を改善する方法であって、該コードの製造中に、少なくとも 一本のステンレススチールワイヤを、該炭素鋼ワイヤと接触するように、該コ ード内に組み込むことを特徴とする、上記方法。 19.該ステンレススチールの微細構造が、20%(体積%)未満のマルテンサイトを 含む、請求の範囲第18項に記載の方法。 20.該ステンレススチールの微細構造が、5%未満のマルテンサイトを含むか、 あるいはマルテンサイトを含まないものである、請求の範囲第19項に記載の方 法。 21.接触により、1またはそれ以上の炭素鋼ワイヤの、疲労−擦過−腐食に対す る抵抗性を改善するための、スチールコードにおける、少なくとも一本のステ ンレススチールワイヤの使用。 22.該ステンレススチールの微細構造が、20%(体積%)未満のマルテンサイトを 含む、請求の範囲第21項に記載の使用。 23.該ステンレススチールの微細構造が、5%未満のマルテンサイトを含むか、 あるいはマルテンサイトを含まないものである、請求の範囲第22項に記載の使 用。 24.プラスチックおよび/またはゴム製の物品、得にタイヤ外皮を強化するため の、請求の範囲第1〜17項の何れか1項に記載のコードの使用。 25.請求の範囲第1〜17項の何れか1項に記載のコードで強化されたプラスチッ クおよび/またはゴム製の物品。 26.タイヤ外皮用の、カーカス強化層からなる、請求の範囲第25項に記載のゴム 製の物品。 27.タイヤ外皮からなる、請求の範囲第25項に記載のゴム製の物品。
