Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 部分的に反射性、部分的に光透過性の頂層を用いて被覆されている場合に 、干渉色を発生できる部分的に反射性の材料の基層; 上記の基層上に形成した頂層から成り、上記の頂層は、少なくとも1種の抗菌 性金属を含み、かつ干渉色が発生するような厚さを有する部分的に反射性、部分 的に光透過性薄膜であり、上記の頂層は、基層とは異なる屈折率を有し、かつ抗 菌性金属は、頂層がアルコールまたは水性電解質と接触して、抗菌性金属のイオ ン、原子、分子またはクラスターをアルコールまたは水性電解質中に、持続的な ベースで局所抗菌性作用を与えるために十分な濃度で放出するように、十分な原 子不規則性をもって形成されている 多層抗菌性材料。 2. 基層内の材料が、部分的に反射性の形のAg、Au、Pt、Pd、Cu、 Ta、Alおよびこれらの金属の1種またはそれ以上の合金または化合物から成 る群から選ばれている金属である、請求項1記載の材料。 3. 頂層内の抗菌性金属が、Ag、Au、Pt、Pd、Ir、Sn、Cu、S b、Bi、Znおよびこれらの金属の1種またはそれ以上の合金または化合物か ら成る群から選ばれている、請求項2記載の材料。 4. 基層内の材料および頂層内の抗菌性金属が、部分的に反射性の形のAu、 Ag、Pt、PdおよびCuから成る群から選ばれいる金属であり、かつ頂層が アルコールまたは水性電解質と接触して、抗菌性金属のイオン、原子、分子また はクラスターをアルコールまたは水性電解質中に、局所的に抗菌性作用を持続的 なベースで供給するために十分な濃度で放出するために十分な原子不規則性をも って蒸着により形成されている、請求項3記載の材料。 5. 基層および頂層中の金属がAg、ptまたはAuである、請求項4記載の 材料。 6. 頂層が、マトリックス中に原子不規則性を生成するために異なる材料の原 子または分子を有するマトリックスへの蒸着により、抗菌性金属を同時、逐次ま たは反応的に析出させて形成された複合材料の薄膜であり、上記の異なる材料は 生体適合性金属、酸素、窒素、水素、ホウ素、硫黄またはハロゲン、または抗菌 性金属または生体適合性金属のいずれかまたは双方の酸化物、窒化物、炭化物、 ホウ化物、ハロゲン化物、硫化物または水素化物から成る群から選ばれている、 請求項4記載の材料。 7. 生体適合性金属が、Ta、Ti、Nb、V、Hf、Zn、Mo、Siおよ びAlから成る群から選ばれており、かつ抗菌性金属がAg、Au、Pt、Pd およびCuから成る群から選ばれている、請求項6記 載の材料。 8. 抗菌性金属が銀であり、かつ上記の異なる材料が酸化銀およびマトリック ス中に捕捉または吸収されている酸素を含む原子または分子のいずれかまたは双 方である、請求項6記載の材料。 9. 頂層が厚さ400nm以下、かつ基層が厚さ少なくとも25nmである、 請求項1記載の材料。 10.頂層が厚さ5〜210nm、かつ基層が厚さ少なくとも60nmである、 請求項8記載の材料。 11.頂層が厚さ約40〜160nm、かつ基層が厚さ少なくとも約300nm である、請求項8記載の材料。 12.基層および頂層が医療器具に配置される、請求項1記載の材料。 13.基層および頂層が創傷包帯に配置される、請求項10記載の材料。 14.部分的に反射性、部分的に光透過性頂層を用いて被覆されている場合に、 干渉色を発生できる部分的に反射性の材料の基層を調製し; 上記の基層上に頂層を調製し、上記の頂層は、少なくとも1種の抗菌性金属を 含み、かつ干渉色が発生するような厚さを有する部分的に反射性、部分的に光透 過性の薄膜であり、上記の頂層は、基層とは異なる屈折率を有し、かつ上記の抗 菌性金属は、頂層がアルコールまたは水性電解質と接触して、抗菌性金属のイオ ン、原子、分子またはクラスターをアルコールまたは水性電解質中に、持続的な ベースで局所抗菌性作用を与えるために十分な濃度で放出するように、十分な原 子不規則性をもって形成されている アルコールまたは水性電解質への暴露を指示することができる多層抗菌性材料を 製造するための方法。 15.基層内の材料が、部分的に反射性の形のAg、Au、Pt、Pd、Cu、 Ta、Alおよびこれらの金属の1種またはそれ以上の合金または化合物からか ら成る群から選ばれている金属である、請求項14記載の方法。 16.頂層内の抗菌性金属が、Ag、Au、Pt、Pd、Ir、Sn、Cu、S b、Bi、Zn、およびこれらの金属の1種またはそれ以上の合金または化合物 から成る群から選ばれている、請求項15記載の方法。 17.基層内の材料および頂層内の抗菌性金属が、部分的に反射性の形のAu、 Ag、Pt、PdおよびCuから成る群から選ばれている金属であり、かつ頂層 がアルコールまたは水性電解質と接触して、抗菌性金属のイオン、原子、分子ま たはクラスターをアルコールまたは水性電解質中に、局所的に抗菌性作用を持続 的なベースで供給するために十分な濃度で放出するために十分な原子不規則性を もって蒸着により形成される、請求項16記載の方法。 18.基層および頂層中の金属が、Ag、PtまたはAuである、請求項17記 載の方法。 19.頂層が、マトリックス中に原子不規則性を生成するために異なる材料の原 子または分子を有するマトリックスへの蒸着により、抗菌性金属を同時、逐次ま たは反応的に析出させて形成された複合材料の薄膜であり、上記の異なる材料は 生体適合性金属、酸素、窒素、水素、ホウ素、硫黄またはハロゲン、または抗菌 性金属または生体適合性金属のいずれかまたは双方の酸化物、窒化物、炭化物、 ホウ化物、ハロゲン化物、硫化物または水素化物から成る群から選ばれている、 請求項17記載の方法。 20.生体適合性金属が、Ta、Ti、Nb、V、Hf、Zn、Mo、Siおよ びAlから成る群から選ばれており、かつ抗菌性金属がAg、Au、Pt、Pd およびCuから成る群から選ばれている、請求項19記載の方法。 21.抗菌性金属が銀であり、かつ上記の異なる材料が酸化銀およびマトリック ス中に捕捉または吸収されている酸素を含む原子または分子のいずれかまたは双 方である、請求項19記載の方法。 22.頂層が厚さ400nm以下、かつ基層が厚さ少なくとも25nmである、 請求項14記載の方法。 23.頂層が厚さ5〜210nm、かつ基層が厚さ少なくとも60nmである、 請求項19記載の方法。 24.頂層が厚さ約40〜160nm、かつ基層が厚さ少なくとも約300nm である、請求項21記載の方法。 25.基層および頂層が医療器具に配置される、請求項14記載の方法。 26.基層および頂層が創傷包帯に配置される、請求項23記載の方法。 27.有孔の非接着性材料から形成され、創傷に面する第一層; 第一層に積層され、かつ吸収性材料から形成されている第二層; 第一および第二層のいずれかまたは双方に積層されている選択的な第三層; プラスチック材料から形成されている、第一、第二および選択的な第三層の少な くとも1層;および 包帯が層剥離をおこさないで小さいサイズに切断できるように、第一、第二およ び選択的な第三層が包帯上で断続的に間隔を置いて超音波溶接により一緒に積層 されている ことから成る多層積層創傷包帯。 28.第一層が抗菌性金属を含むコーティングを含む、請求項27記載の創傷包 帯。 29.第一層が少なくとも1種の抗菌性金属を含む薄膜を含み、上記の抗菌性金 属は、薄膜がアルコールまたは水性電解質と接触して、抗菌性金属のイオン、原 子、分子またはクラスターをアルコールまたは水性電解質中に、局所的に抗菌性 作用を持続的なベースで供給するために十分な濃度で放出するために十分な原子 不規則性をもって形成されている、請求項27記載の創傷包帯。 30.第一層が、 部分的に反射性、部分的に光透過性の頂層を用いて被覆されている場合に、干 渉色を発生できる部分的に反射性の材料の基層; 上記の基層上に形成した頂層から成り、上記の頂層は、少なくとも1種の抗菌 性金属を含み、かつ一次および二次干渉色が発生するような厚さを有する部分的 に反射性、部分的に光透過性の薄膜であり、上記の頂層は、基層とは異なる屈折 率を有し、かつ抗菌性金属は、頂層がアルコールまたは水性電解質と接触して、 抗菌性金属のイオン、原子、分子またはクラスターをアルコールまたは水性電解 質中に、持続的なベースで局所抗菌性作用を与えるために十分な濃度で放出する ように、十分な原子不規則性をもって形成されている多層抗菌性コーティングを 含む、請求項27記載の創傷包帯。 31.色変化が創傷包帯のいずれの面からでも検出できるように、多層抗菌性コ ーティングが、第一および第三層の双方上に配置されている、請求項30記載の 創傷包帯。 32.基層内の材料が、部分的に反射性の形のAg、Au、Pt、Pd、Cu、 Ta、Alおよびこれらの金属の1種またはそれ以上の合金または化合物から成 る群から選ばれている金属である、請求項30記載の創傷包帯。 33.頂層内の抗菌性金属が、Ag、Au、Pt、Pd、Ir、Sn、Cu、S b、Bi、Znおよびこれらの金属の1種またはそれ以上の合金または化合物か ら成る群から選ばれている、請求項32記載の創傷包帯。 34.基層内の材料および頂層内の抗菌性金属が、部分的に反射性の形のAu、 Ag、Pt、PdおよびCuから成る群から選ばれている金属であり、かつ頂層 がアルコールまたは水性電解質と接触して、抗菌性金属のイオン、原子、分子ま たはクラスターをアルコールまたは水性電解質中に、局所的に抗菌性作用を持続 的なベースで供給するために十分な濃度で放出するために十分な原子不規則性を もって蒸着により形成される、請求項33記載の創傷包帯。 35.基層および頂層中の金属がAg、PtまたはAuである、請求項34記載 の創傷包帯。 36.頂層が、マトリックス中に原子不規則性を生成するために異なる材料の原 子または分子を有するマトリックスへの蒸着により、抗菌性金属を同時、逐次ま たは反応的に析出させて形成された複合材料の薄膜で あり、上記の異なる材料は生体適合性金属、酸素、窒素、水素、ホウ素、硫黄ま たはハロゲン、または抗菌性金属または生体適合性金属のいずれかまたは双方の 酸化物、窒化物、炭化物、ホウ化物、ハロゲン化物、硫化物または水素化物から 選ばれている、請求項33記載の創傷包帯。 37.生体適合性金属が、Ta、Ti、Nb、V、Hf、Zn、Mo、Siおよ びAlから成る群から選ばれており、かつ抗菌性金属がAg、Au、Pt、Pd およびCuから成る群から選ばれている、請求項36記載の創傷包帯。 38.抗菌性金属が銀であり、かつ上記の異なる材料が酸化銀およびマトリック ス中に捕捉または吸収されている酸素を含む原子または分子のいずれかまたは双 方である、請求項36記載の創傷包帯。 39.頂層が厚さ400nm以下、かつ基層が厚さ少なくとも25nmである、 請求項30記載の創傷包帯。 40.頂層が厚さ5〜210nm、かつ基層が厚さ少なくとも60nmである、 請求項34記載の創傷包帯。 41.頂層が厚さ約40〜160nm、かつ基層が厚さ少なくとも約300nm である、請求項38記載の創傷包帯。 42.基層および頂層が医療器具に配置される、請求 項30記載の創傷包帯。 43.基層および頂層が創傷包帯に配置される、請求項40記載の創傷包帯。 44.基層内の材料が、部分的に反射性の形のAu、Ag、Pt、PdおよびC uから成る群から選ばれている金属であり、かつ頂層がアルコールまたは水性電 解質と接触して、抗菌性金属のイオン、原子、分子またはクラスターをアルコー ルまたは水性電解質中に、局所的に抗菌性作用を持続的なベースで供給するため に十分な濃度で放出するために十分な原子不規則性をもって蒸着により形成され る、請求項38記載の創傷包帯。 45.第一および選択的な第三層が、不織布状で、有孔の非接着性の高密度ポリ エチレン材料から形成されている、請求項43記載の創傷包帯。 46.第二層が、不織布状の吸収性のレーヨン/ポリエステル材料から形成され ている、請求項45記載の創傷包帯。
