Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1の分解成分として、少なくとも20のシリカ対アルミナモル比をもち、 寸法100nm未満の結晶を含むゼオライトβと、(i)0.6nmを上回る直 径の細孔をもつ結晶質モレキュラーシーブ及び(ii)クレーから選択される第 2の分解成分を含む触媒組成物の製造方法であって、 (i)ゾル状の第1の分解成分と第2の分解成分を含む混合物を調製する段 階と、 (ii)混合物を触媒押出物として押出す段階と、 (iii)押出物を焼成する段階 を含む前記方法。 2.混合物が更に無機酸化物結合剤を含む請求項1に記載の方法。 3.結合剤がアルミナ、シリカ、リン酸アルミニウム、マグネシア、チタニア、 ジルコニア、シリカ−アルミナ、シリカ−ジルコニア、シリカ−ボリア及びその 組み合わせから選択される請求項2に記載の方法。 4.(i)水と解膠剤の存在下に場合により結合剤を加えて第1及び第2の分解 成分を混練し、混合物を形成する段階と、 (ii)混合物を触媒押出物として押出す段階と、 (iii)押出物を焼成する段階 を含む請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 5.触媒組成物が更に少なくとも1種の水素化成分を含む請求項1から4のいず れか一項に記載の方法。 6.少なくとも1種の水素化成分を段階(i)で添加及び/又は段階(iii) の焼成押出物に別段階(iv)で添加する請求項5に記載の方法。 7.ゼオライトβが寸法20〜95nmの結晶を含む請求項1から6のいずれか 一項に記載の方法。 8.第2の分解成分が(i)FAU、EMT、MOR、LTL、MAZ、MTW 、OFF、BOG、AET、AFI、AFO、AFR、AFS、AFY、ATS 、VFI及びCLO構造型の結晶質モレキュラーシーブと、(ii)非柱状スメ クタイト型のクレーから選択される請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法 。 9.第2の分解成分が(i)FAU構造型の結晶質モレキュラーシーブである請 求項8に記載の方法。 10.請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法により獲得可能な触媒組成物 。 11.炭化水素性原料を低沸点材料に転化するための方法における請求項10に 記載の触媒組成物の使用。 12.炭化水素性原料を低沸点材料に転化するための方法であって、請求項1か ら9のいずれか一項に記載の方法により製造した触媒組成物の存在下に原料を高 温で接触させることを特徴とする前記方法。 13.請求項1に記載の触媒組成物におけるゼオライトβゾルの使用。
