Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 機能障害の巨視的映像を生成させる工程と; 機能障害の病理的検査のための十分な情報を提供する前記機能障害の微視的セ クションを表わす画像を発生する工程と; 前記セクションに対して機能障害の前記巨視的映像中のロケーションに関する ロケーション情報を発生する工程と; 少なくとも前記画像の表出と、機能障害の前記巨視的映像の表出と、前記ロケ ーション情報とからなる電子ファイル構造中にデータを記憶する工程と; からなる組織中に配置された機能障害の病理的検査を容易にする方法。 2. 第1ロケーションで前記生成工程と、走査工程と、発生工程と、記憶工 程を実行する工程と; 前記第1ロケーションから第2ロケーションに前記電子ファイル構造を送る工 程と; 前記第2ロケーションで前記電子ファイル構造を受信し記憶する工程と; をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 前記第2ロケーションで、前記受信された電子ファイル構造中の前記デ ータに応答して前記機能障害の病理的検査を実行する工程をさらに含む請求項2 に記載の方法。 4. 前記第2ロケーションで前記病理学的検査に関する診断レポートを前記 電子ファイル構造中の前記データに付加する工程と; 前記付加工程が実行された後、前記第2ロケーションから前記第1ロケーショ ンに前記電子ファイル構造を送る工程と; をさらに含む請求項3に記載の方法。 5. 前記付加工程がデジタル・サインを付加して前記診断レポートを証明す る工程をさらに含む請求項4に記載の方法。 6. 前記付加工程が実行された後、前記第2ロケーションで前記電子ファイ ル構造を達成する工程をさらに含む請求項4に記載の方法。 7. 前記第2ロケーションから前記第1ロケーションに前記機能障害の前記 付加セクションの画像のためのリクエストを送る工程をさらに含む請求項2に記 載の方法。 8. 前記電子ファイル構造に記憶された画像の保全性をチェックするために 前記第1ロケーション情報で前記電子ファイル構造中に前記データを付加する工 程と; 画像の保全性をチェックするために前記電子ファイル構造中の前記情報に応答 する前記第2ロケーションで前記電子ファイル構造中に記憶された画像の保全性 を証明する工程と; をさらに含む請求項2に記載の方法。 9. 前記電子ファイル構造に記憶された画像の保全性をチェックするために 前記電子ファイル構造に前記データを付加する工程をさらに含む請求項1に記載 の方法。 10. 前記電子ファイル構造に前記機能障害に関連する患者に関する前記デ ータを付加する工程をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。 11. 前記画像が機能障害の標準的な一連の画像を表わしている請求項1に 記載の方法。 12. 前記組織が患者の身体の自然に露出された面および外科的に露出され た面の一つを表わしている請求項1に記載の方法。 13. 前記発生工程が、共焦光学部材の助けで機能障害を走査して前記機能 障害の微視的セクションを表わす共焦画像を発生する工程をさらに含む請求項1 に記載の方法。 14. 前記発生工程が、一つの光学的干渉性断層写真と2光子レーザ顕微鏡 によって微視的セクションを表わす画像を発生する工程をさらに含む請求項1に 記載の方法。 15. 第1ロケーションで前記ファイル構造の多様性として電子ファイル構 造を記憶する工程と; ファイル構造の前記多様性を一緒に第2ロケーションに送る工程と; 前記第2ロケーションでファイル構造の前記多様性を受信し記憶する工程と; をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。 16. 前記第2ロケーションでファイル構造の少なくとも1つの多様性にお けるデータに応答して病理学的検査を実行する工程をさらに含む請求項15に記 載の方法。 17. コンピュータ・システムと; 機能障害のデジタル的巨視的映像を生成するために前記コンピュータ・システ ムに接続された手段と; 前記コンピュータ・システムに応答して、機能障害の病理学的検査のために十 分な情報を提供する前記機能障害の微視的セクションを表わす画像を発生するた めに前記コンピュータ・システムに接続されたイメージャと; を備え、前記コンピュータ・システムが、前記セクションに対して機能障害の 前記巨視的映像中のロケーションに関するロケーション情報を発生するための手 段と、少なくとも前記画像の代表と前記巨視的映像と前記ロケーション情報を含 む電子ファイル構造中にデータを記憶するための手段をさらに含んでいる; 組織中に配備された機能障害の病理的検査を容易にする装置。 18. 前記コンピュータ・システムが第1コンピュータ・システムを表わす 装置であって、この装置が、第2コンピュータ・システムと; 前記第1コンピュータ・システムから前記第2コンピュータ・システムに前記 電子ファイル構造を送るための手段と; をさらに含み、前記第2コンピュータ・システムが前記電子ファイル構造を受 信し記憶するための手段をさらに含んでいる; 請求項17に記載の装置。 19. 前記第2コンピュータ・システムが前記電子ファイル構造に記憶され た前記データに応答し、前記機能障害の病理学的検査を助ける画像を観察するた めの手段をさらに含んでいる請求項18に記載の装置。 20. 前記第2コンピュータ・システムが、病理学的検査に関する診断レポ ートを前記電子ファイル構造中のデータに付加するための手段と; 前記第2コンピュータ・システムから前記第1コンピュータ・システムに前記 電子ファイル構造を送るための手段と; をさらに含んでいる請求項19に記載の装置。 21. 前記付加手段がデジタル・サインを付加して診断レポートを証明する ための手段をさらに含む請求項20に記載の装置。 22. 前記第2コンピュータ・システムが前記電子ファイルに構造をアーカ イブするための手段をさらに含んでいる請求項20に記載の装置。 23. 前記第2コンピュータ・システムが前記第2コンピュータ・システム から前記第1コンピュータ・システムに前記機能障害の付加的セクションの画像 のためにリクエストを送るための手段をさらに含んでいる請求項18に記載の装 置。 24. 前記第1コンピュータ・システムの前記記憶手段が、前記電子ファイ ル構造中の画像を表わすデータの保全性をチェックするための電子ファイル構造 のデータに記憶するための手段をさらに含んでおり; 前記第2コンピュータ・システムが、共焦画像の保全性をチェックするために 前記電子ファイル構造中の前記情報に応答する前記電子ファイル構造中に記憶さ れた画像の保全性を保証するための手段をさらに含んでいる; 請求項17に記載の装置。 25. 前記記憶手段が、前記電子ファイル構造中の画像を表わすデータの保 全性をチェックするための電子ファイル構造情報のデータ中に記憶するための手 段をさらに含んでいる請求項17に記載の装置。 26. 前記記憶手段が、前記機能障害に関係する患者に関する電子ファイル 構造情報のデータ中に記憶するための手段をさらに含んでいる請求項17に記載 の装置。 27. 前記画像機能障害の標準的な一連の共焦画像を表わす請求項17に記 載の装置。 28. 前記組織が患者の身体の自然に露出した面および外科的に露出された 面の一つを表わしている請求項17に記載の装置。 29. 前記イメージャが共焦光学部材を介して機能障害を走査して、前記機 能障害の微視的セクションを表わす共焦画像を発生する手段をさらに含んでいる 請求項17に記載の装置。 30. 前記イメージャが共焦イメージャ、光学的干渉性断層写真によって動 作されるイメージャと2光子レーザ顕微鏡の一つである背九項17に記載の装置 。 31. 前記記憶手段が前記ファイル構造の多様性として前記電子ファイル構 造を記憶するための手段をさらに含んでおり、前記コンピュータ・システムが第 1コンピュータ・システムであり、さらに、第2コンピュータ・システムと; ファイル構造の前記多様性を一緒に前記第2コンピュータ・システムに送るた めの手段と; をさらに含み; 前記第2コンピュータ・システムがファイル構造の前記多様性を受信し記憶す るための手段を含んでいる請求項17に記載の装置。 32. ファイル構造の前記多様性の少なくとも一つに記憶された前記データ に応答する画像を観察するための手段をさらに含んでいる請求項31に記載の装 置。 33. コンピュータ・システムと; 機能障害の異なるセクションを走査し、機能障害の病理学的検査のための十分 な情報を提供する前記機能障害の微視的セクションを表わす共焦画像を発生する ために一つのモードで動作するとともに、前記コンピュータ・システムに応答し 機能障害のデジタル的巨視的映像を生成するための第2モードで動作する前記コ ンピュータ・システムに接続された共焦イメージャと; を備え、 前記コンピュータ・システムが、前記セクションに対して機能障害の前記巨視 的映像中のロケーションに関するロケーション情報を発生するための手段と、少 なくとも前記画像の代表と前記巨視的映像と前記ロケーション情報の代表を含む 電子ファイル構造中にデータを記憶するための手段をさらに含んでいる; 組織中に配備された機能障害の病理的検査を容易にするシステム。
