Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 樹脂含浸ガラス織布からなる表面層および硬化性樹脂含浸ガラス不織布 からなる中間層で構成されるプリント回路基板用積層材において、中間層が、中 間層中の樹脂基準で200重量%〜275重量%の量の、分子式Al2O3・nH2 O(式中、nは>2.6かつ<2.9の値を有する)水酸化アルミニウムを含 有することを特徴とする積層材。 2. 熱的に安定な水酸化アルミニウムが、BET法で測定した比表面積2〜 10m2/gを有する請求の範囲第1項の積層材。 3. 熱的に安定な水酸化アルミニウムが、D50%領域において5〜10μ mの粒子サイズを有する請求の範囲第1項または第2項の積層材。 4. 熱的に安定な水酸化アルミニウムが、D10%領域において0.5〜1 .5μmの粒子サイズを有し、D90%領域において20〜35μmの粒子サイ ズを有する請求の範囲第1項ないし第3項の積層材。 5. 熱的に安定な水酸化アルミニウムが、油吸収量25〜35ml/100 gを示すものである請求の範囲第1項ないし第4項のいずれかの積層材。 6. 硬化性の樹脂として不飽和ポリエステル樹脂、エポキシ樹脂またはビニ ルエステル樹脂を使用した請求の範囲第1項ないし第5項のいずれかの積層材。 7. 樹脂含浸ガラス織布からなる表面層および硬化性樹脂含浸ガラス不織布 からなる中間層を積層することからなるプリント回路基板用の積層材の製造方法 であって、硬化性樹脂含浸ガラス不織布が、中間層中の樹脂基準で200重量% 〜275重量%の量の、分子式Al2O3・nH2O(式中、nは>2.6かつ< 2.9の値を有する)水酸化アルミニウムを含有することを特徴とする積層材の 製造方法。 8. 熱的に安定な水酸化アルミニウムが、BET法で測定した比表面積2〜 10m2/gを有する請求の範囲第7項の製造方法。 9. 熱的に安定な水酸化アルミニウムが、D50%領域において5〜10μ mの粒子サイズを有する請求の範囲第7項または第8項の製造方法。 10. 熱的に安定な水酸化アルミニウムが、D10%領域において0.5〜 1.5μmの粒子サイズを有し、D90%領域において20〜35μmの粒子サ イズを有する請求の範囲第7項ないし第9項のいずれかの製造方法。 11. 熱的に安定な水酸化アルミニウムが、油吸収量25〜35ml/10 0gを示すものである請求の範囲第7項ないし第10項のいずれかの製造方法。 12. 硬化性の樹脂として不飽和ポリエステル樹脂、エポキシ樹脂またはビ ニルエステル樹脂を使用した請求の範囲第7項ないし第11項のいずれかの製造 方法。 13. 請求の範囲1ないし第6項に記載の積層材で製造するか、または請求 の範囲第7項ないし第12項の方法により製造したプリント回路基板。 14. 分子式Al2O3・nH2O(式中、nは>2.6かつ<2.9の値を 有する)を有する熱的に安定な水酸化アルミニウム。 15. BET法で測定した比表面積が2〜10m2/gである請求の範囲第 14項の熱的に安定な水酸化アルミニウム。 16. D50%領域において5〜10μmの粒子サイズを有する請求の範囲 第14項または第15項の熱的に安定な水酸化アルミニウム。 17. D10%領域において0.5〜1.5μmの粒子サイズを有し、D9 0%領域において20〜35μmの粒子サイズを有する請求の範囲第14項ない し第16項のいずれかの熱的に安定な水酸化アルミニウム。 18. 油吸収量25〜35ml/100gを示す請求の範囲第14項ないし 第17項のいずれかの熱的に安定な水酸化アルミニウム。
