Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ローラコンベアに沿って走行する湾曲ガラス板を冷却する装置であって、ロ ーラの間に挿入された吹き付けボックスを有し、該ボックスがガラス板からの距 離が30mm未満、好ましくは10mm未満のガラス板に対向する面を有し、前 記面はいくつかの穴をあけられて、それらの穴からガラス板に向けて空気が吹き 込まれることを特徴とする装置。 2.前記ローラは、円柱、ディアボロ/樽型装置、円錐システム、ホグドシステ ムといった、軸対称構成要素であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の 装置。 3.前記ボックスは、ガラス板の搬送経路の上方及び下方に配置されることを特 徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載のガラス板を硬化させる為の装置 。 4.前記穴の直径は、2から8mmでありピッチが3から6mmで分布している ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第3項のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 5.水柱3000mm未満の吹き付け圧力と組み合わさり、ガラスに少なくとも 800W/m2・K、有利には少なくとも10 00W/m2.Kの熱交換率を与えることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第 4項のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 6.前記装置は冷却区域の最初に用いられることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項 から第5項のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 7.前記装置は、ガラス板の一面のみに対向して用いられる及び/又はガラス板 の同一面に対して差異方式で用いられることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から 第6項のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 8.前記ローラは上方にへこんだ曲線のプロファイルに沿って配置されることを 特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第7項のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 9.3mm未満の厚さ、好ましくは2.8mm未満の厚さを有するガラス板を強 化するために請求の範囲第1項から第8項のいずれか一項に記載の装置を使用す る方法。 10.60MPaより大きな表面圧力を有する少なくとも1枚の湾曲ガラス板か らなり、DIN 32 305規格に適合する層状ガラス組立体。 11.100MPaより大きい表面圧力を有する少なくとも1枚の湾曲ガラス板 からなり、DIN 32 305規格に適合 する層状ガラス組立体。
