Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.回転部(1)及び固定部(6)を組み込んだ錠シリンダー(12)のため の施錠装置であって、 少なくとも1つの電子的に制御された抑止要素(2)であり、この抑止要素(2) を介して回転部(1)及び固定部(6)が互いにロックされることができ、前記電 子的に制御された抑止要素(2)は、少なくとも1°の移動(x)の自由度を有 し、抑止位置(xs)において固定部(6)に対し回転部(1)を抑止し、自由 位置(XF)において回転部(1)を自由にする抑止要素(2)と、 少なくとも1つの電子的に制御された抑止要素(2)に作動力(FA)を及ぼ す駆動手段(9)であり、作動力(FA)は、少なくとも1つの電子的に制御さ れた抑止要素(2)を可逆的に抑止位置(xs)から自由位置(XF)及びその逆 に移動させる駆動手段(9)と、 前記駆動手段(9)に接続された案内手段(52−57)であり、少なくとも 自由位置(XF)の外側では、少なくとも1つの電子的に制御された抑止要素(2) の位置を画成する案内手段(52−57)と、 その一端が固定部(6)に固定された支持部(31)に接続されその他端が少 なくとも1つの電子的に制御された抑止要素(2)に接続され、復元力(FR) を少なくとも1つの電子的に制御された抑止要素(2)に対して自由位置(XF )とは逆方向に及ぼす復元手段(3)であり、少なくとも1つの電子的に制御さ れた抑止要素(2)が自由位置(XF)の近傍にある時、少なくとも1つの電子 的に制御された抑止要素(2)は自由位置(XF)の近傍を抑止する復元手段( 3)と を備えたことを特徴とする施錠装置。 2.少なくとも1つの電子的に制御された抑止要素(2)は停止位置(x0) を有し、この停止位置(x0)では、復元手段(3)は少なくとも1つの電子的 に制御された抑止要素(2)に対して力を及ぼさず、かつ少なくとも1つの電子 的に制御された抑止要素(2)は錠シリンダーを抑止することを特徴とする請求 項1に記載の施錠装置。 3.復元手段(3)は、少なくとも1つの電子的に制御された抑止要素(2) に対して自由位置(XF)とは反対方向に復元力(FR)を及ぼし、少なくとも1 つの電子的に制御された抑止要素(2)が自由位置(XF)と停止位置(x0)と の間に位置する時、少なくとも1つの電子的に制御された抑止要素(2)は、停 止位置(x0)及び停止位置(x0)と自由位置(XF)との間にある錠シリンダ ー(12)を抑止することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の施錠装置。 4.少なくとも1つの電子的に制御された抑止要素(2)は、回転部(1)の 穴(11.1)に連通した固定部(6)の通路開口部(11.2)を横断し、抑 止位置(xs)における穴(11.1)に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項1 〜3のいずれか1項に記載の施錠装置。 5.少なくとも1つの電子的に制御された抑止要素(2)は、錠シリンダー(1 2)に対して実質的に放射状に動き得るタンブラーピンとして構成されることを 特徴とする請求項4に記載の施錠装置。 6.駆動手段は、駆動軸(91)を備えた電動モータ(9)として構成され、 電動モータ(9)のトルクは、少なくとも1つの電子的に制御された抑止要素(2) を可逆的に移動させるのに必要な作動力(FA)に変換され得ることを特徴とす る請求項1〜5のいずれか1項にに記載の施錠装置。 7.電動モータ(9)は錠シリンダー(12)の周囲に配置され、その駆動軸 (91)は錠シリンダー(12)の長手方向に対して実質的に垂直であることを 特徴とする請求項6に記載の施錠装置。 8.電動モータ(9)は錠シリンダー(12)の周囲に配置され、その駆動軸 (91)は錠シリンダー(12)の長手方向に対して実質的に平行であることを 特徴とする請求項6に記載の施錠装置。 9.前記案内手段は、ねじ山(53)又は巻線(53')、対応するナット( 54)を有するねじ山(52)、螺旋状巻線(55)、歯車又はピニオン(56.1) 、又はテンションベルト又はワイヤ(57.1)として構成されることを特徴と する請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の施錠装置。 10.ねじ山(53)又は巻線(53')としての案内手段は、駆動軸(91 )の周りを数回巻かれた巻線で構成され、ねじ山(53)又は巻線(53')の 端部(53.1、53.2)は、抑止位置(xs)又は自由位置(XF)に関係づ けられていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の施錠装置。 11.力伝達手段(4)は、少なくとも1つの電子的に制御された抑止要素(2) に接続され、この力伝達手段(4)により、作動力(FA)及び/又は復元力( FR)が駆動手段(9)又は復元手段(3)から少なくとも1つの電子的に制御 された抑止要素(2)に伝達されることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか 1項に記載の施錠装置。 12.力伝達手段は、レバー(4)として構成され、レバー(4)の一端(4 2)は案内手段(52−57)によって案内されていることを特徴とする請求項 11に記載の施錠装置。 13.レバー(4)の一端(42)は、ねじ山(53)の2つのねじ山又は巻 線(53')の2つの巻線の間によって実質的に隙間なく案内されていることを 特徴とする請求項10又は12に記載の施錠装置。 14.力伝達手段(4)は、弾力性を有して構成され、復元手段(3)として 作用することを特徴とする請求項11又は13に記載の施錠装置。 15.復元手段は、少なくとも1つの螺旋状スプリング(3)として構成され ることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の施錠装置。 16.バックギア(93)は、駆動手段(9)と案内手段(52−57)との 間に位置することを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の施錠装置 。 17.少なくとも1つの機械的に制御された抑止要素(8)を備えることを特 徴とする請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の施錠装置。 18.少なくとも1つの電子的に制御された抑止要素(2)を抑止位置(xs )から自由位置(XF)に移動させるために駆動手段(9)により作動力(FA) を及ぼすことは、錠シリンダー(12)、回転部(1)、又は回転部(1)内又は回 転部(1)と一緒の回転移動に関連付けられる鍵(7)の挿入により開始され、 少なくとも1つの電子的に制御された抑止要素(2)の自由位置(XF)から抑 止位置(xs)への移動は、回転部(1)から鍵(7)を引き抜くことにより開 始されることを特徴とする請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の施錠装置。 19.請求項1〜18のいずれか1項の施錠装置によって実施できる、振動及 び/又は衝撃又は磁気作用により生する寄生力(FP)によって施錠装置が開く のを防止する方法は、部材が自由に振動するのを防止するために、少なくとも1 つの電子的に制御された抑止要素(2)の位置を案内手段(52−57)により 正確に位置決めされ、少なくとも自由位置(XF)の近傍において少なくとも1 つの電子的に制御された抑止要素(2)に寄生力(FP)とは反対の復元力(FR )が付与されることを特徴とする方法。
