Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. セルロースの水性第3アミンオキシド溶液から成形された、特にファイバ ーなどのセルロース成形体の処理方法であって、その際成形体が2つの反応基を 保持する繊維助剤水性溶液とアルカリ環境下で接触される処理方法であって、下 記式の化合物またはその化合物の塩が繊維助剤として用いられることにより特徴 付けられる、セルロース成形体の処理方法。 式中、Xはハロゲン、R=Hまたはイオン残基、及びn=0または1である。 2. n=0または1の化合物の塩、好適には金属塩が用いられることを特徴と する、請求項1に記載の方法。 3. n=1であり、Rが陰イオンの残基を表す化合物またはその化合物の塩、 好ましくは金属塩が用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 4. 前記セルロース成形体が非乾燥ファイバーであることを特徴とする、請求 項1乃至3に記載の方法。 5. 成形体と接触されているとき繊維助剤水性溶液のpH値が12〜14であ ることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 6. 成形体と接触されているとき繊維助剤水性溶液のpH値が7〜9であり、 好適には8〜9であり、これにより繊維助剤の第1の反応基のセルロースとの反 応が起こり、次いで成形体が加圧され、pH値が11〜14のアルカリ水性溶液 と接触され、これにより繊維助剤の第2の反応基のセルロースとの反応が起こる ことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1つに記載 の方法。 7. 繊維助剤水性溶液との接触中もしくは接触後に成形体に加熱処理を施すこ とより特徴付けられる、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 8. 溶剤紡績セルロースファイバーのフィブリル化傾向を低減させる、下記化 学式の化合物またはその化合物の塩の使用。 式中、Xはハロゲン、R=Hまたはイオン残基、及びn=0または1である。 9. 溶剤紡績セルロースファイバーの紫外線吸収を増加させる、下記化学式の 化合物またはその化合物の塩の使用。 式中、Xはハロゲン、R=Hまたはイオン残基、及びn=0または1である。
