Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. (a)50〜92重量%の一種または複数種の一般式 のポリフッ素化モノマー(式中、Rfは、2〜20個の炭素原子、好ましくは4 〜16個の炭素原子を含む直鎖または分岐鎖過フッ素化基を表し、Bは、炭素原 子を介してOと結合し、一つまたは複数の酸素、硫黄および/または窒素原子を 含むことができる二価の分子鎖配列を表し、記号Rのうち一つは水素原子、他方 は水素原子または1〜4個の炭素原子を含むアルキル基を表す)と、 (b)1〜25重量%の一種または複数種の一般式 のモノマー(式中、B’は、1〜4個の炭素原子を含む直鎖または分岐アルキレ ン基を表し、R’は、水素原子または1〜4 個の炭素原子を含むアルキル基を表し、記号R1およびR2は、同種または異種で あり、それぞれ炭素原子、1〜18個の炭素原子を含む直鎖または分岐アルキル 基、またはヒドロキシエチル基がベンジル基であるか、またはR1およびR2とそ れらの結合している窒素原子を合わせてモルホリノ、ピペリジノまたは1−ピロ リジニル基を形成するものを表す)と、 (c)1〜25重量%の一般式 R”−CH=CH2 (III) のビニル誘導体(式中、R”は1〜18個の炭素原子を含むカルボン酸アルキル またはアルキルエーテル基であってもよい)と、 (d)0〜10重量%の、式I、II、およびIIIのモノマー以外の任意の モノマーと、の共重合の結果得られる陽イオン性フッ素化共重合体であり、前記 共重合が水溶性有機溶媒または水溶性有機溶媒混合物の溶液中で行われ、その後 で無機または有機酸水溶液による希釈段階が続き、前記段階が過酸化水素の存在 下で行われるかまたはその後に過酸化水素水溶液による処理が続くことを特徴と する、陽イオン性フッ素化共重合体。 2. 70〜90重量%の一種または複数種の式Iのポリフッ 素化モノマーと、8〜18重量%の一種または複数種の式IIのモノマーと、2 〜10重量%の一種または複数種の式IIIのモノマーと、0〜8重量%の一種 または複数種の他のモノマーと、の共重合の結果得られる請求項1記載の共重合 体。 3. (a)少なくとも一種類の式 のポリフッ素化モノマー(式中、RFは、4〜16個の炭素原子を含むペルフル オロアルキル基)と、 (b)式IIのモノマーとしてジメチルアミノエチルメタルリレートまたはN −tert−ブチルアミノエチルメタクリレートと、 (c)式IIIのモノマーとして酢酸ビニルと、を使用する請求項1または2 に記載の共重合体。 4. 過酸化水素の量がモノマーの全重量に対して0.1〜10%(好ましくは 0.3〜3%)である請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の共重合体。 5. 希釈段階および/または最終処理段階が25〜100℃の間、好ましくは 70〜85℃の間の温度で行われる請求項1 から4のいずれか1項に記載の共重合体。 6. 共重合を行うための溶媒がN−メチル−2−ピロリドンまたは後者とアセ トンの混合物である請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の共重合体。 7. 使用される酸が酢酸である請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の共重合 体。 8. 固形基材、特に紙および厚紙の疎油性および疎水性処理における請求項1 から7のいずれか1項に記載の共重合体の使用。 9. 紙の重量に対するフッ素の割合が0.05〜0.2%である紙の表面にお ける請求項8記載の使用。 10. パルプ重量に対するフッ素の割合が0.2〜0.4%である製紙用パル プ本体中における請求項8記載の使用。
