- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.血管新生に関連した疾患の治療における血管新生を制御するための内皮前駆 細胞またはその改変型の使用。 2.制御が血管新生の減少である、請求項1記載の使用。 3.制御が血管新生の増強である、請求項1記載の使用。 4.細胞が血管新生を阻害する化合物を含むよう改変されている、請求項2記載 の使用。 5.内皮前駆細胞が改変された内皮細胞であって、該細胞が内皮細胞マイトゲン を発現するよう改変されている、請求項3記載の使用。 6.内皮細胞マイトケンまたは内皮細胞マイトゲンをコードする核酸をさらに含 む、請求項1記載の使用。 7.内皮マイトゲンが、酸性および塩基性繊維芽細胞増殖因子、血管内皮増殖因 子、上皮細胞増殖因子、トランスフォーミング増殖因子αおよびβ、血小板由来 内皮増殖因子、血小板由来増殖因子、腫瘍壊死因子α、肝細胞増殖因子、インス リン様増殖因子、エリスロポエチン、コロニー刺激因子、マクロファージ-CSF、 顆粒球/マクロファージCSFおよび酸化窒素シンターゼからなる群より選択され る、請求項5記載の使用。 8.化合物が細胞障害性化合物である、請求項4記載の使用。 9.化合物が血管新生阻害剤である、請求項4記載の使用。 10.内皮細胞マイトゲンが、酸性および塩基性繊維芽細胞増殖因子、血管内皮増 殖因子、上皮細胞増殖因子、トランスフォーミング増殖因子αおよびβ、血小板 由来内皮増殖因子、血小板由来増殖因子、腫瘍壊死因子α、肝細胞増殖因子、イ ンスリン様増殖因子、エリスロポエチン、コロニー刺激因子、マクロファージ-C SF、顆粒球/マクロファージCSFおよび酸化窒素シンターゼからなる群より選択 される、請求項6記載の使用。 11.内皮細胞マイトゲンが血管内皮増殖因子である、請求項10記載の使用。 12.疾患がリウマチ性関節炎、乾癬、眼の血管新生、糖尿病性腎症、血管新生緑 内障、または血管新生依存的腫瘍もしくは腫瘍転移である、請求項2記載の使用 。 13.疾患が脳血管虚血、腎虚血、肺虚血、脚の虚血、虚血性心筋症、および心筋 虚血である、請求項3記載の使用。 14.損傷血管の治療を目的とする単離された内皮前駆細胞の使用。 15.損傷がバルーン血管形成術の結果である、請求項14記載の使用。 16.損傷が血管内ステント留置の結果である、請求項14記載の使用。 17.内皮細胞マイトゲンまたは内皮細胞マイトゲンをコードする核酸の使用をさ らに含む、請求項14記載の使用。 18.内皮細胞マイトゲンが、酸性および塩基性繊維芽細胞増殖因子、血管内皮増 殖因子、上皮細胞増殖因子、トランスフォーミング増殖因子αおよびβ、血小板 由来内皮増殖因子、血小板由来増殖因子、腫瘍壊死因子α、肝細胞増殖因子、イ ンスリン様増殖因子、エリスロポエチン、コロニー刺激因子、マクロファージ-C SF、顆粒球/マクロファージCSFおよび酸化窒素シンターゼからなる群より選択 される、請求項17記載の使用。 19.標識したEC前駆体に患者を接触させる段階および虚血組織または血管損傷の 部位で標識細胞を検出する段階を含む、患者において虚血組織または血管損傷の 有無をスクリーニングする方法。 20.生理学的に許容される投与剤形で、単離した内皮前駆細胞を含む薬学的産物 。 21.内皮細胞マイトゲンをコードする核酸をさらに含む、請求項20記載の薬学的 産物。 22.内皮前駆細胞および内皮細胞マイトゲンまたは同物質をコードする核酸を患 者にインビボで全身的に導入するためのキットであって、担体溶液と、核酸また はマイトゲンと、輸送手段とを含むキット。 23.輸送手段がカテーテルまたはシリンジである、請求項22記載のキット。
