Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.1種または2種以上の活性化合物を含有し、そしてアクリル酸および/また はメタアクリル酸エステルポリマーを基礎材料とする骨用セメント、骨補充材料 または相当する埋め込み可能な医薬デポー製剤の製造方法であって、 骨用セメントに対して50〜75重量%のポリマー状アクリル酸および/また はメタアクリル酸エステルおよび1種または2種以上の医薬活性化合物から本質 的になる固体成分(i)を、 25〜50重量%の割合のモノマー状アクリル酸および/またはメタアクリル 酸エステルから本質的になる液体成分(ii)と、 混合し、液体ないし半固体の重合性ペーストを形成し、次いで所望により、これ を成型および硬化させる方法において、上記液体成分(ii)を、(ii)に基 づき50重量%を越えない割合の溶剤に溶解し、次いでこの溶液を固体成分(i )と混合することを特徴とする、前記製造方法。 2.溶剤の割合が、液体成分に基づき、1〜25重量%、好ましくは5〜20重 量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.固体成分を、照射および/または酸化エチレンによって最終殺菌処理に付し 、また液体成分を、殺菌濾過に付すことを特徴とする、請求項1または2のいず れか一項に記載の方法。 4.溶剤として、2−ピロリドン、N−メチルピロリドン、ビニルピロリドン、 ジメチルスルホキシド、テトラヒドロフラン、ジオキサン、エチレングリコール 、プロパンジオールまたはその組合わせを使用することを特徴とする、請求項1 〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 5.活性化合物の放出を促進する骨用セメントを製造するためのキットであって 、 (a)アクリル酸および/またはメタアクリル酸エステルの微粉砕されたポリ マーおよび医薬活性化合物を基本的に含有し、その割合が骨用セメントの約50 〜75重量%である固体成分、 および (b)液体成分に基づき50%を越えない割合で存在する有機溶剤中のアクリ ル酸および/またはメタアクリル酸エステルモノマーを基本的に含有し、その割 合が骨用セメントの約25〜50重量%である液体成分、 を含有する別々の袋からなる前記キット。 6.骨用セメントの混合器および/または施用器を包含することを特徴とする、 請求項5に記載のキット。 7.袋単位(a)は、照射および/または酸化エチレンによる最終殺菌に付され ており、そして袋単位(b)の内容物は、殺菌濾過に付されていることを特徴と する、請求項5または6のいずれか一項に記載のキット。
