Description
a)メタクリル酸メチル、ポリメタクリル酸メチル又はポリメタクリル酸メチル−コ−アクリル酸メチル、二酸化ジルコニウム及び/又は硫酸バリウム、1つ又はそれ以上の薬剤学的作用物質及び熱的に分解するラジカル開始剤を混合することによりペーストを製造し、その場合に前記ペーストは室温で重力の作用により変形されないような粘度を有し;
b)前記ペーストを、射出成形装置により加熱せずに室温でほぼ球状又は回転対称の物体中へ射出成形するか又はほぼ球状又は回転対称の物体をワイヤ上へ射出成形し;
c)前記物体を、重合開始剤が分解する温度に加熱する
ことによる、局所的な作用物質系の製造方法に関する。
ポリメタクリル酸メチル−コ−アクリル酸メチル570.0g(分子量約(〜)800,000g/mol)、メタクリル酸メチル285.0g、二酸化ジルコニウム89.0g、硫酸ゲンタマイシン42.0g(AK 600)、3:1の質量比の過酸化ジベンゾイル及び水の混合物8.8g及びグリシン15.0gのペーストを、激しく混合することにより製造する。この粘稠なペーストを用いて、7mmの直径を有するほぼ球状の物体を、射出成形装置を用いてポリフィラメントの外科用鋼線上へ射出成形する。前記射出成形方法を室温で行う。その後に、前記物体を、80℃の温度でトンネル乾燥器中で硬化させる。形成された物体は約(〜)240mgの質量を有する。
ポリメタクリル酸メチル−コ−アクリル酸メチル570.0g(分子量約(〜)800,000g/mol)、メタクリル酸メチル285.0g、二酸化ジルコニウム89.0g、塩酸バンコマイシン45.0g、3:1の質量比の過酸化ジベンゾイル及び水の混合物8.8g及びグリシン15.0gのペーストを、激しく混合することにより製造する。形成されたペーストを用いて、7mmの直径を有するほぼ球状の物体を、射出成形装置を用いてポリフィラメントの外科用鋼線上へ射出成形する。その直後に、前記物体を、輻射加熱器を用いて継続的に硬化させる一方で、射出成形した物体を赤外線の作用により60〜70℃に加熱し、かつ重合を開始させる。硬化した物体は約(〜)240mgの質量を有する。
Claims (5)
- 局所的な作用物質放出系であって、ポリメタクリル酸メチル又はポリメタクリル酸メチル−コ−アクリル酸メチルと、二酸化ジルコニウム及び/又は硫酸バリウムと、1つ若しくはそれ以上の薬剤学的作用物質とから主として構成されており、かつラジカル重合により製造される、球状の又は回転対称の物体からなる局所的な作用物質放出系の製造方法であって、
前記製造方法は、以下の工程
a)メタクリル酸メチル、ポリメタクリル酸メチル又はポリメタクリル酸メチル−コ−アクリル酸メチルと、二酸化ジルコニウム及び/又は硫酸バリウムと、1つ若しくはそれ以上の薬剤学的作用物質と、熱的に分解するラジカル開始剤とを混合することによりペーストを製造し、その場合に前記ペーストは、室温で重力の作用により変形されることができないような粘度を有し;
b)前記ペーストを、射出成形装置により加熱せずに室温で球状の若しくは回転対称の物体中へ射出成形するか又は球状の若しくは回転対称の物体をワイヤ上へ射出成形し;
c)前記物体を、重合開始剤が分解する温度に加熱する
を含み、
前記局所的な作用物質放出系は、
10〜80℃の温度範囲内で有効なラジカル重合活性剤、並びに/又は、芳香族アミン、重金属塩及びバルビツラートの群からのこれらの重合活性剤の残留物が含まれていない、
ことを特徴とする、局所的な作用物質放出系の製造方法。 - 工程c)において赤外線の作用によるか又は空気の作用によるか又はマイクロ波の作用によって加熱を行う、請求項1記載の方法。
- 過酸化ジベンゾイル、過酸化ジラウロイル及びアゾイソブチロジニトリルの群からの1つ又はそれ以上の物質を、熱的に分解するラジカル開始剤として使用する、請求項1又は2のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 工程b)において熱的に分解するラジカル開始剤の分解温度の範囲内の温度に予熱したワイヤを使用する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 射出成形工具がテフロン(登録商標)又は他の不活性なプラスチック製である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項の方法。
