Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.素子内で凝縮される加圧蒸気から、前記素子の外表面上で気化される液体に 熱を移動させる熱交換器用の素子が、向き合って配置されたプラスチックフィル ム(2、7)から形成され、前記フィルムが、前記素子の内部(4)をダクトに分割 するため、選択された点(3)で互いに接合されているフィルム熱交換器用熱交換 素子(1)の製造方法であって、製造に関連して、前記素子内部(4)に圧力を掛け た際の膨張に対する余裕をもたせるために、接合点(3)の間の区間で前記フィル ムを伸張させることにより前記素子(1)の熱交換表面を構成しているフィルム( 2)に永久的変形を生じさせることを特徴とする熱交換素子(1)の製造方法。 2.前記フィルム(2)の伸張が、熱と前記フィルムの異なる側の間の圧力差によ って行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記フィルム(2、7)が、接合点(3)で相対して配置され、その後、前記熱 交換フィルム(2)を加熱しながら、前記接合点の間の領域の前記フィルム間に圧 力を加えることによって前記熱交換フィルムが伸張されることを特徴とする請求 項2に記載の方法。 4.前記フィルム(2)の間の空間が、高温気体により加圧されることを特徴とす る請求項3に記載の方法。 5.前記熱交換フィルム(2)を加熱し、所望領域を真空吸引することにより前記 所望領域を伸張させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。 6.前記フィルムの伸張及び接合が、向き合って配置された二つの吸込みロール (15)の間に前記フィルム(2、7)を送り込むことにより行われ、前記ロールの 表面は、前記フィルムの接合点(3)に対応する突起(18)を備えており、前記フ ィルム(2)が、前記突起間の窪み(21)に吸引されるにつれ伸張される一方で、 前記突起が加熱されたフィルム(2、7)を相対して押圧するにつれ前記接合が生 じることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。 7.実質的に袋状の熱交換素子(1)が、向い合って配置された二枚の熱交換フィ ルム(2)を互いに接合することにより製造されることを特徴とする上記請求項の いずれかに記載の方法。 8.前記熱交換素子(1)が、二枚の熱交換フィルム(2)とその間に配置された少 なくとも一枚の支持フィルム(7)から接合により形成されることを特徴とする請 求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。 9.前記熱交換フィルム(2)が、厚さ10〜100μmの範囲内のプラスチック フィルムであり、前記支持フィルム(7)が、前記熱交換フィルムより厚く、厚さ 30μm〜1mmの範囲内のプラスチックフィルムであることを特徴とする請求 項8に記載の方法。 10.前記熱交換フィルム(2)の間に、グラスファイバーマット又はネットのよ うな補強ファイバーが接合されていることを特徴とする上記請求項のいずれかに 記載の方法。 11.素子内で凝縮される加圧蒸気から、前記素子の外表面上で気化される液体 に熱を移動させるためのものであり、前記素子は向き合って配置された柔軟なプ ラスチックフィルム(2、7)から成り、前記フィルムが、前記素子内のベーパー スペース(4)をダクトに分割するために、選択された点(3)で互いに接合されて いるフィルム熱交換器用熱交換素子(1)であって、前記素子の熱交換表面を形成 している前記フィルム(2)が、接合点(3)の間の区間で伸張され又はひだが形成 され、前記フィルムに生じた前記伸張が前記素子内部(4)に圧力を掛けた際の膨 張に対する余裕としての役目を果たすことを特徴とする熱交換素子。 12.前記の実質的に袋状の素子(1)が、向き合って配置された二枚の互いに接 合された熱交換フィルム(2)から成ることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の熱交 換素子。 13.前記素子(1)が、接合点の間の区間で伸張されているか又はひだが形成さ れた二枚の熱交換フィルム(2)と、その間の実質的に真っ直ぐな少なくとも一枚 の支持フィルムとから成ることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の熱交換素子。 14.前記素子(1)が、前記熱交換フィルム(2)の間に接合されたグラスファイ バーマット又はネットのような補強ファイバーを有することを特徴とする請求項 11〜13のいずれかに記載の熱交換素子。
