Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 電子ユニットに接続されていて外力により操作されるウインド持上器を用 いて車両ドアのウインドガラスの運動を制御する方法であって、例えば、車体側 での形状結合的シール係合状態からサッシュなしの自立形ウインドガラスの上縁 の短ストローク下降をさせるための、当該のウインドガラスの運動制御方法であ って、ここで信号発生器(例えばスイッチ)の制御信号が電子評価ユニットに転 送され、そこで、ウインドガラスの駆動部が下降又は上昇方向に作動されるよう にした当該の制御方法において、 ウインドガラスの下降の後直ちに、駆動部は、次の状態生起まで上昇方向に制 御されるようにする、即ち、先行の運動方向へのウインドガラスの変位移動によ り惹起される調節メカニズム機構のシステム機能逸失、欠落が補償されるまで上 昇方向に制御されるようにすることを特徴とする車両ドアのウインドガラスの運 動の制御方法。 2. サッシュなしの自立形ウインドガラスのウインドガラス上縁を車体側の形 状結合的シール係合状態から短ストローク下降をさせるための方法であって、こ こで、ドアの開放により信号が発生され、電子制御ユニットに転送され、そこで 、ウインド持上器の駆動部が、次の状態生起まで下降方向へ作動され、即ち、ウ インドガラスがそれの閉じられた位置から所定の部分的に開放された位置へ移動 されるまで下降方向へ作動され、さらなる信号の生成に基づき車両ドアの閉動作 後、自動的に下降されたウインドガラスが再び自動的に閉じられるようにした請 求項1記載の方法において、 ウインドガラスの自動的下降のための駆動部の制御中、ウインド持上器メカニ ズム機構のシステム機能逸失、欠落を補償するため調整セッティング運動の第1 のフェーズが設けられ、そして、所定距離変位量に亘ってウインドガラスを下降 させるためそれの調整セッティング運動の第2フェーズが設けられるようにした ことを特徴とする車両ドアのウインドガラスの運動の制御方法。 3. システム状態を反映する測定量の限界値を上回ったり、下回ったときシス テム機能逸失、欠落が補償されたものとするようにしたことを特徴とする請求の 範囲1又は2記載の方法。 4. 限界値は、少なくとも1つの先に求めたられた測定値から生成され、ここ で、限界値は、所定の固定した大きさ、又は一部割合の大きさだけ最後の、直前 の測定値から偏差を有するようにしたことを特徴とする請求の範囲3記載の方法 。 5. 測定量として、駆動シャフトの周期期間、例えば、電動モータのシャフト の周期期間が使用されるよ うにしたことを特徴とする請求の範囲1項から4項までのうち何れか1項記載の 方法。 6. 測定量として電気的駆動部の電流検出値が使用されるようにしたことを特 徴とする請求の範囲1項から5項までのうち何れか1項記載の方法。 7. 自動的ウインドガラス下降の変位量に対する尺度として、駆動シャフトの 回転の数が使用されるか、又はウインドガラスにおける直接測定が実施されるか 、又はリミットスイッチが使用されるようにしたことを特徴とする請求の範囲1 及び3から6までのうち少なくとも1項記載の方法。
