Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも1個のヒト血清アルブミン(HSA)成分に融合した、少なくと も1個の免疫グロブリンE(IgE)結合ドメインまたは生理学的機能等価物を含 む融合ポリペプチドまたはその塩。 2.該IgE結合ドメインがIgERまたはpre-IgER(配列番号1)、または該HS A成分がHSA−I、prepro-HSA−IまたはHSA−II(配列番号2)である請求項1記 載のポリペプチドまたはその塩。 3.リーダー配列を有する実施例7のポリペプチド(配列番号3)または成熟型 である実施例7のポリペプチド(配列番号3のVal26〜Leu978残基)である請求項 1記載のポリペプチドまたはその塩。 4.請求項1記載のポリペプチドまたはその塩の製造中間体であるポリヌクレオ チド。 5.下記工程、すなわち、 (a) 請求項1記載のポリペプチドまたはその生理的機能等価物をコード化する DNAを含むベクターで宿主細胞を形質転換する工程、 (b) 該ポリペプチドまたはその生理的機能等価物をその細胞内で発現させる工 程であって、その際に、該生理的機能等価ポリペプチドを修飾し、請求項1記載 の融合ポリペプチドを得る工程、および (c) 生成するポリペプチドを該宿主細胞から、要すれば、その塩の形態で回収 する工程、 から成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載のポリペプチドまたはその塩の製造法。 6.請求項1記載のポリペプチドもしくはその塩またはその生理的機能等価物を コード化するDNAを含むベクター、または 請求項1記載のポリペプチドもしくはその塩またはその生理的機能等価物を発現 する非ヒト体細胞組換えまたは形質転換動物。 7.医薬用途用の請求項1記載のポリペプチドまたはその製剤学的に受容可能な 塩。 8.請求項1記載のポリペプチドまたは製剤学的に受容可能なその塩を製剤学的 に受容可能な担体または希釈剤と共に含む製剤組成物。 9.ヒト患者から得られる生物学的サンプル中のIgEまたはFcεRIに対する自 己抗体のレベルを定量するインビトロ診断アッセイにおける請求項1記載のポリ ペプチドまたはその塩の用途。 10.ヒトの遺伝子治療を実施する方法であって、患者から体細胞を取り出し、 次いで、それを実施例4記載のポリヌクレオチドの挿入により培養物中で遺伝子 的に修飾し、次いで、得られた修飾細胞を患者に再導入するが、その際、請求項 1記載のポリペプチドを患者の細胞中で発現させることを特徴とするヒトの遺伝 子治療を実施する方法。
