Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.容器の材料リサイクル又は再利用のために、横たわった配置でそして該容 器の軸線を輸送方向と平行にして、ビデオカメラを備え該容器のビデオ画像解析 が行われる検出器ステーション(station)を通過するように輸送される、例え ばガラス又はプラスチックの瓶、又は金属、木材、ガラス又はプラスチック製の 缶の様な、容器の検出方法に於いて、 a)該容器が該ビデオカメラを通過するよう運ばれる間に該容器の1連のビデ オ画像を解析することと、そして b)該ビデオ画像内の該容器の配置と動きの連続的検出に基づき該ビデオカメ ラの視野内の該容器の配置と動きを決定すること、及び/又は 該容器の動きの間に、該ビデオ画像に入る該容器の画像により、該容器が口部 (例えば、瓶の頂部部分又は頚部)を最初にしてか底部を最初にしてかどちらで 該検出区域(該ビデオ画像)に入ったかを決定し、そしてもしそれが口部を最初 にして来た場合は該容器が容器挿入部分へ戻されるようにし、そして再挿入され る時に底部を最初にして挿入されるよう該容器を回す必要があることを信号を出 し、又もしそれが底部を最初にして来た場合は該容器が進んで放出ステーション へ運ばれるようにすることとを具備することを特徴とする容器の検出方法。 2.請求項1の方法に於いて、該容器のビデオ映像に基づき、例えば、輪郭、 該ビデオ画像での表面面積(surface area)、断面等の様な該容器の形状の特性 式(characteristic expression)を計算することも可能であることを特徴とす る方法。 3.請求項1又は2の方法に於いて、プラスチック又はガラスの瓶である容器 のカラービデオ画像を作成すること、そして1群の波長で放射 される光に対する該瓶の光の透過率に基づいて該ビデオ画像内の該容器の色を決 定することを特徴とする方法。 4.請求項1、2又は3の方法に於いて、該容器の認識と確認の目的で最適ビ デオ画像を決定することを特徴とする方法。 5.請求項1乃至4の1つ以上の請求項で開示された方法に於いて、該容器上 に配置されたバーコードを探しそして登録するために該容器のビデオ画像の視野 を連続的に走査することを特徴とする方法。 6.請求項1の方法に於いて、瓶である容器のビデオ画像内に何等かの長手方 向の印(marking)を観察し、該容器が全体に又は部分的に液体又は他の物質を 含んでいることを示す信号を発し、そして場合によっては再挿入の前に空にする ことを求め該容器をユーザーへ返却することを特徴とする方法。 7.請求項6の方法に於いて、加えて該容器の重さが計られそして静電容量の 測定が行われることを特徴とする方法。 8.請求項1乃至7の1つ以上の請求項で開示された方法に於いて、加えて該 容器が特定の金属のタイプ(type)であるかどうかを解析することを特徴とする 方法。 9.容器の材料リサイクル又は再利用のために、横たわった配置でそして該容 器の軸線を輸送方向と平行にして、ビデオカメラを備え該容器のビデオ画像解析 が行われる検出器ステーション(station)を通過するように輸送される、例え ばガラス又はプラスチックの瓶、又は金属、木材、ガラス又はプラスチック製の 缶の様な、容器の検出装置に於いて、 該容器が該ビデオカメラを通過するよう運ばれる間に1連のビデオ画像を解析 するために該ビデオ画像解析器は該ビデオカメラに接続されて おり、該ビデオ解析器が 該ビデオ画像内の該容器の配置と動きの連続的な検出に基づき該ビデオカメラ の視野(viewing region)内の該容器の配置と動きを決定するための配置検出器 と、そして/又は 該容器が該ビデオ画像内に入る時、該容器が口部(例えば、瓶の頂部部分又は 頚部)を最初にしてか底部を最初にしてかどちらで該検出区域(ビデオ画像)に 入ったかを決定するための計算器部分と、そして もしそれが口部を最初にして来た場合は該容器が容器挿入部分へ戻されるよう にし、そして再挿入される時にそれが底部を最初にして挿入されるよう該容器を 回す必要があることを信号を出すための信号発信手段を備えており、又もしそれ が底部を最初にして来た場合は該容器が進んで放出ステーションへ供給されるよ うにする制御部分とを具備することを特徴とする容器の検出装置。 10.請求項9の装置に於いて、又該解析器内には該容器のビデオ画像に基づ き、その輪郭、該ビデオ画像内の表面面積(surface area)、断面等の様な該容 器の形状の特性式(characteristic expression)を計算するよう適合された容 器形状計算回路が備えられても良いことを特徴とする装置。 11.請求項9又は10の装置に於いて、該ビデオカメラはカラービデオカメ ラであり、該容器はガラス又はプラスチックの瓶であり、照明ユニットが該容器 を照明するよう備えられており、そして該解析器は1群の波長で放射される光に 対する該瓶の光の透過率に基づき該ビデオ画像内の該容器の色を確定するための 色決定回路を備えていることを特徴とする装置。 12.請求項9乃至11の1つ以上の請求項で開示された装置に於いて、該解 析器は該容器上に配置されたバーコードを探しそして登録するためにビデオ画像 の視野を連続的に走査するよう適合されたバーコード読み取り器を備えることを 特徴とする装置。 13.請求項9乃至12の1つ以上の請求項で開示された装置に於いて、該解 析器が認識と確認の目的で該容器の最良のビデオ画像を決定する回路を備えるこ とを特徴とする装置。 14.請求項9の装置に於いて、該解析器が、瓶である容器のビデオ画像内で それが何等かの長手方向の印(marking)を観察した時該瓶が、全体に又は部分 的に、液体又は他の物質を含んでいることを示す信号を発するように適合された 回路を備えることを特徴とする装置。 15.請求項14の装置に於いて、前記信号を発する回路は該容器の重さを計 るロードセル及び該容器の静電容量値を測定するメーターと相互作用するよう適 合されていることを特徴とする装置。 16.請求項9乃至15の1つ以上の請求項で開示した装置に於いて、該検出 器ステーションに接続されてそれ自体公知の金属検出器が備えられていることを 特徴とする装置。
