Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.1つの機能性薄膜または機能性薄膜の積層体(7)を少なくとも一方の面に 備えている(1種または複数の)ポリマーを基材とする少なくとも1枚のフィル ム(5)から成る中間シート(3)によって集成された少なくとも2枚のガラス 基板(1,2)を含む合せガラスの製造方法であって、以下の段階、 (a)“完全な”中間シート(3)、即ち2枚のガラス基板の少なくとも一方 (1)に実質的に等しいかまたはより大きい寸法をもつ(1つまたは複数の)薄 膜(7)を備えた少なくとも1つのフィルム(5)を既に含んでいる中間シート (3)を裁断する段階と、 (b)赤外線反射性の1つの薄膜または複数の薄膜の積層体を備えたフィルム (5)の少なくとも厚みにわたって中間シートにスリットを設け、スリット線( L1,L2)と前記フィルム(5)の側縁との間に存在する少なくとも1つの周 縁ゾーン(8,x)を規定する段階と、 (c)欠如していた(1つまたは複数の)ポリマーフィルムを任意に付加する ことによって、2枚のガラス基板(1,2) の間に“完全な”中間シート(3)を集成する段階と、 (d)(1つまたは複数の)前記周縁ゾーン(8,x)を機械的引張りによっ て分離する段階と、 (e)合せガラス(1,2,3)を変態処理する段階と、 から成り、前記段階を前記順序で行うかまたは前記とは異なる順序、特に段階( c)と(d)とを入れ換えた順序で行うことを特徴とする方法。 2.フィルム(5)が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリカーボネ ート、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリエーテルスルフィド、ポリスルフィ ド、ポリメタクリレートのようなポリエステル、特に直鎖状ポリエステル型の可 撓性ポリマーを基材とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 3.中間シートが複数のポリマーフィルムから成り、特に、ポリビニルブチラー ル(PVB)またはポリウレタン(PU)のような熱可塑性ポリマーを基材とす る2枚のフィルム(4,6)の間に配置され赤外線反射性の膜または膜の積層体 を備えたフィルム(5)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法 。 4.中間シート(3)が(1種または複数の)ポリマーを基材 とする複数のフィルム(4,5,6)を含んでおり、赤外線反射性の薄膜または 薄膜の積層体(7)を備えたフィルム(5)とその上に重層された(1つまたは 複数の)ポリマーフィルム(6)とに段階(b)でスリットを設けることを特徴 とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 5.段階(d)で、赤外線反射性の膜または膜の積層体(7)を備えたフィルム (5)の(1つまたは複数の)周縁ゾーンだけを分離することを特徴とする請求 項4に記載の方法。 6.スリットが、型打ちによるか、または、切断ツールもしくはレーザーを備え た可動手段によって設けられることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項 に記載の方法。 7.フィルム(5)の(1つまたは複数の)周縁ゾーン(8)は、特に段階(d )で(1つまたは複数の)前記周縁ゾーンを分離するために機械的引張りを作用 させ易い(1つまたは複数の)ティアーストリップ(9)の形態でガラス基板の 縁端から局部的に突出していることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項 に記載の方法。 8.薄膜または複数の薄膜の積層体(7)が特に、銀、銅、インジウム、金、ニ ッケル、クロム、アルミニウム、タンタル、 ニオブから成るグループから選択された少なくとも1種類の金属を基材とするか 、または、特にフッ素をドープしたスズ酸化物SnO2:Fもしくはスズをドー プしたインジウム酸化物ITOのような少なくとも1種類のドープ金属酸化物ま たはTiN、ZrN型の金属窒素化物を基材とする少なくとも1つの膜を含むこ とを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 9.赤外線反射性を有する(1つまたは複数の)薄膜(7)が加熱用給電手段を 備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 10.中間シート(3)を構成する複数のフィルム(4,6)のうちの1つのフ ィルムが、(1つまたは複数の)赤外線反射性薄膜と接触していない面に、加熱 用配線系(10)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項 に記載の方法。 11.スリット線(1)が、ガラス基板(1,2)の縁端の輪郭よりも多少縮小 された大きさで前記輪郭にほぼ等しいかまたは完全に等しい輪郭の少なくとも一 部に追随することを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 12.スリット線(1)は、集成が終了したときに、フィルム(5)の縁端とガ ラス基板(1,2)の縁端との間に少なくとも3mm、特に約6mmの余白(d )が常に存在するようにフィルム(5)に連続的周縁ゾーン(8)を規定するこ とを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 13.2本のスリット線(L1,L2)は、フィルム(5)の“作用”ゾーンを 規定する“溝”からフィルム(5)を除去するために設けられることを特徴とす る請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 14.(1つまたは複数の)スリット線(1)は、合わせガラスのガラス基板( 1,2)と中間シート(3)との間に挿入すべき給電ストリップのような接続素 子、容積センサ、湿度センサのようなセンサ、電子カードのような電子素子、無 線アンテナなどの素子を“埋設”するか、または、特に電磁波を通過させる“窓 ”を形成するための(1つまたは複数の)周縁ゾーン(8,8”)を、フィルム (5)の周縁に規定していることを特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれか一項 に記載の方法。 15.集成段階(c)に先立って、“窓”8”’を規定し得る自己閉鎖線(1’ )を形成するために、1つまたは複数の薄膜(7) を備えたフィルム(5)の少なくとも厚みにわたって中間シート(3)にスリッ トを設けることを特徴とする請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 16.段階(d)で、フィルム(5)が除去された(1つまたは複数の)ゾーン に対応する中間シート(3)のゾーンの全部または一部を不透明被膜によって隠 蔽し、前記隠蔽が特に、少なくともいずれか一方のガラス基板(1,2)の外面 または内面をエナメル塗装するか、または、中間シート(3)のフィルム(5) に結合した少なくともいずれか1つのポリマーフィルム(4,6)の一方の面を インクもしくはシルクスクリーンで印刷するか、または、少なくともいずれか1 つのフィルム(4,6)の縁側をぼかし色の帯状着色ゾーンの形態に内部着色す ることによって行われることを特徴とする請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記 載の方法。 17.少なくとも1つの機能性薄膜(7)を備えており2枚のPVB型熱可塑性 ポリマーフィルム(4,6)の間に配置されたPET型フィルム(5)を含む多 層中間シート(3)によって集成された少なくとも2枚のガラス基板(1,2) から成り、フィルム(5)と膜(7)とが2枚のガラス基板(1,2)の 縁端及び2枚の熱可塑性ポリマーフィルム(4,6)の縁端よりも後退しており 、前記フィルム(4,6)が相互接着によってその周縁を外部からシールしてい ることを特徴とする請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得ら れた合せガラス(1,2,3)。 18.少なくとも1つの機能性膜(7)を備えており2枚のPVB型熱可塑性ポ リマーフィルム(4,6)の間に配置されたPET型フィルム(5)を含む多層 中間シート(3)によって集成された少なくとも2枚のガラス基板(1,2)か ら成り、フィルム(5)と膜(7)とが溝を備えており、前記溝は該溝によって 規定される膜(7)の内部ゾーンを無傷な状態に維持することを特徴とする請求 項1から16のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得られた合せガラス(1,2 ,3)。 19.2枚のガラス基板(1,2)間のフィルム(5)後退ゾーンに、接続素子 、センサ、アンテナ、電子素子などの素子が挿入されることを特徴とする請求項 17または18に記載の合せガラス。 20.薄膜(7)を備えたフィルム(5)が、接続素子、センサ、アンテナ、電 子素子などの素子を挿入するために設けられ るか、または、空いた状態で特に電磁波の通過窓として機能するために設けられ た少なくとも1つの“窓”(8”’)を有していることを特徴とする請求項17 から19のいずれか一項に記載の合せガラス(1,2,3)。 21.中間シート(3)を構成するいずれか一方のフィルム(4,6)の面のう ち、特に機能性薄膜(7)と接触していない1つの面に加熱用配線系(10)が 配備されており、前記配線系はガラス基板(1,2)の側縁から1cm以下の間 隔を隔てていることを特徴とする請求項17から20のいずれか一項に記載の合 せガラス(1,2,3)。
