Abstract
Description
(a)赤外反射被覆を有しているキャリア膜を提供すること、
(b)キャリア膜の赤外反射被覆に、第一積層膜を配置すること、
(c)キャリア膜及び第一積層膜を接合して、二重層を形成すること、
(d)外部ペイン又は内部ペインに、二重層を配置すること、ここで、第一積層膜が、外部ペイン又は内部ペインに面状に置かれる、及び、二重層上に第二積層膜を配置すること、ここで、第二積層膜が、キャリア膜に面状に置かれる、
(e)第二積層膜に、外部ペイン又は内部ペインを配置すること、
(f)下記のものをこの順番で有している積層体を、オートクレーブして、複合ペインを形成すること:
− 外部ペイン、
− 第一積層膜(第一積層膜は、外部ペインと接している)及び赤外反射被覆を有しているキャリア膜(その内側において、キャリア膜と第一積層膜との間に、赤外反射被覆を有している)からできている二重層、
− 第二積層膜、並びに
− 内部ペイン。
− 外側面及び内側面を有している外部ペイン、
− 外部ペインの内側面上の第一積層膜、
− 赤外反射被覆を有しており、この導電性被覆が、第一積層膜に置かれている、キャリア膜、
− 第二積層膜、並びに
− 内側面及び外側面を有しており、その内側面が第二積層膜上に置かれている、内部ペイン。
I 赤外反射被覆6を有しているキャリア膜5を提供すること
II 第一積層膜4.1を、キャリア膜5の赤外反射被覆6に配置すること
III キャリア膜5及び第一積層膜4.1を接合して、二重層7を形成すること、ここでは、キャリア膜5及び第一積層膜4.1を、55℃の温度を有している加熱されたローラー対(ローラーペア)の間に通過させて、かつ、一緒に押圧して、二重層7を形成する
IV 外部ペイン2のサイズに従って、二重層7を切り整えること、ここでは、切り整えられた二重層7の輪郭を、外部ペイン2の輪郭に対応させる
V 随意:端領域Aにおいて量xだけ、かつ、要求される範囲で、少なくとも1つのセンサーウィンドウの領域Bにおいて、赤外反射被覆6を有しているキャリア膜5を切り取ること
VI 外部ペイン2に二重層7を配置すること、ここでは、第一積層膜4.1を、外部ペイン2の内側面IIに面状に置き、これを完全に覆う
VII 外部ペイン2のサイズに対応している第二積層膜4.2を提供すること、ここでは、切り整えられた第二積層膜4.2の輪郭を、外部ペイン2の輪郭に対応させる
VIII 二重層7に、第二積層膜4.2を配置すること、ここでは、第二積層膜4.2を、キャリア膜5に面状に置き、これを完全に覆う
IX 第二積層膜4.2に内部ペイン3を配置すること、ここでは、内部ペイン3の内側面IIIを、第二積層膜4.2に面状に置き、完全にこれを覆う
X オートクレーブにおいて積層体を積層加工して、複合ペイン1を形成すること。
IA 赤外反射被覆6を有しているキャリア膜5を提供すること
IIA 第二積層膜4.2を、キャリア膜5の被覆されていない表面に配置すること、ここでは、第二積層膜4.2、キャリア膜5、及び赤外反射被覆6から(この順番で)構成されている積層体が、作り出される
IIIA キャリア膜5及び第二積層膜4.2を接合させて、二重層7Aを形成すること、ここでは、キャリア膜5及び第一積層膜4.1を、55℃の温度を有している加熱されているローラー対に通過させて、一緒に押圧して、二重層7Aを形成する
IVA 外部ペイン2のサイズに対応している二重層7Aを切り整えること、ここでは、切り整えられた二重層7Aの輪郭を、外部ペイン2の輪郭に対応させる
VA 随意:端領域Aにおいて量xだけ、かつ、要求される範囲で、少なくとも1つのセンサーウィンドウの領域Bにおいて、赤外反射被覆6を有しているキャリア膜5を切り取ること
VIA 外部ペイン2のサイズに対応している第一積層膜4.1を提供すること、ここでは、切り整えられた第一積層膜4.1の輪郭を、外部ペイン2の輪郭に対応させる
VIIA 外部ペイン2に、第一積層膜4.1を配置すること、ここでは、第一積層膜4.1を、外部ペイン2の内側面IIに面状に置き、これを完全に覆う
VIIIA 第一積層膜4.1に二重層7Aを配置すること、ここでは、キャリア膜5の赤外反射被覆6を、第一積層膜4.1に面状に置く
IXA 二重層7Aに内部ペイン3を置くこと、ここでは、内部ペイン3の内側面IIIを、第二積層膜4.2に面状に置き、これを完全に覆う
XA オートクレーブ内で積層体を積層加工して、複合ペイン1を形成すること。

Claims (13)
- 下記の工程を有している、複合ペイン(1)を製造するための方法:
(a)赤外反射被覆(6)を有しているキャリア膜(5)を提供すること、
(b)第一積層膜(4.1)を、前記キャリア膜(5)の前記赤外反射被覆(6)に配置すること、
(c)前記キャリア膜(5)及び前記第一積層膜(4.1)を接合させて、二重層(7)を形成すること、
(d)外部ペイン(2)又は内部ペイン(3)に前記二重層(7)を配置して、それにより、前記第一積層膜(4.1)が、前記外部ペイン(2)又は前記内部ペイン(3)に面状に置かれているようにすること、及び、前記二重層(7)に第二積層膜(4.2)を配置して、それにより、前記第二積層膜(4.2)が、前記キャリア膜(5)に面状に置かれているようにすること、
(e)前記第二積層膜(4.2)に、外部ペイン(2)又は内部ペイン(3)を配置すること、
(f)以下を有している積層体をオートクレーブして、複合ペイン(1)を作成すること:
− 前記外部ペイン(2)、
− 前記第一積層膜(4.1)及び赤外反射被覆(6)を有している前記キャリア膜(5)でできている、前記二重層(7)、
− 前記第二積層膜(4.2)、並びに
− 前記内部ペイン(3)。 - 工程(c)において、前記キャリア膜(5)及び前記第一積層膜(4.1)を、圧力下で40℃〜80℃の温度で接合させて、二重層(7)を形成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程(c)において、前記キャリア膜(5)及び前記第一積層膜(4.1)を、それぞれ、ロールから巻き出し、そして、接合させて、二重層(7)を形成し、かつ、前記二重層(7)をロールに巻き取る、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 工程(d)において、前記第二積層膜(4.2)を配置する前に、赤外反射被覆(6)を有している前記キャリア膜(5)を、前記複合ペイン(1)の少なくとも1つの端領域(A)において取り除く、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程(d)において、前記第二積層膜を配置する前に、赤外反射被覆(6)を有している前記キャリア膜(5)を、前記複合ペイン(1)の少なくとも1つのセンサーウィンドウの領域(B)において取り除く、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程(c)と工程(d)の間に、少なくとも2個のバスバー(9)を、前記二重層(7)に挿入し、前記バスバー(9)を、前記赤外反射被覆(6)に導電的に接続させ、かつ、導電性被覆を、赤外反射被覆(6)として使用する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程(a)の前に、前記赤外反射被覆(6)を、物理気相成長によって前記キャリア膜(5)に適用する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記赤外反射被覆(6)が、少なくとも銀及び/又は導電性酸化物を含有している、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第一積層膜(4.1)及び前記第二積層膜(4.2)が、ポリビニルブチラール(PVB)、エチレンビニルアセテート(EVA)、ポリウレタン(PU)、並びに/又は、それらの混合物、及び/若しくはコポリマー、及び/若しくは派生物を含有している、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第一積層膜(2.1)及び前記第二積層膜(3)が、0.2mm〜2.0mm、好ましくは0.3mm〜1.0mmの厚さを有している、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記キャリア膜(5)が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリエチレン(PE)、並びに/又は、それらの混合物、及び/若しくは、コポリマー、及び/若しくは派生物を含有している、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記キャリア膜(5)が、5μm〜500μm、好ましくは10μm〜200μmの厚みを有している、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって製造される、複合ペイン(1)。
