Description
本発明は積層の層の間に埋設して透明な機能フィルムを組み込んだ積層ガラス板に関するものであり、また、このようなガラス板の製造方法に関するものである。本発明は自動車の積層ガラス、即ち、フロントガラス、サイドライト、バックライト、及びルーフライトの製造に特定の用途を有する。

Claims (3)
- 第1ガラス板と、対応する第2ガラス板と、内層とから成る積層ガラス板であって、
前記内層は、結合樹脂から成る第1層と、熱可塑性機能フィルムから成る第2層と、結合樹脂から成る第3層と、から成る3層構造を有する、積層ガラス板の製造方法において、
前記内層の結合樹脂から成る前記第1層と第3層との外端縁が前記第1ガラス板、および第2ガラス板の端縁に合致し、前記熱可塑性機能フィルムの外端縁がそのほぼ全周にわたり、前記第1ガラス板、及び第2ガラス板の外端縁の少なくとも10.0mm内側にあるよう、前記第1ガラス板と第2ガラス板との間に前記内層を配置し、
前記ガラス板が少なくとも5.0mmのクロス曲率で湾曲するガラス板であり、前記ガラス板はその湾曲した表面の少なくとも一部が10000mmより小さい半径で湾曲するガラス板であり、
この組立体に圧力と熱とを加えて圧迫し、積層ガラス板を形成することを特徴とする積層ガラス板の製造方法。
- 前記熱可塑性機能フィルムの前記端縁と前記ガラス板の前記端縁との間の距離が前記ガラス板の全周にわたりほぼ一定であることを特徴とする請求項1による方法。
- 2個の前記ガラス板の間に位置させる前に、前記内層を予め組み立てることを特徴とする請求項1または2による方法。
