Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ギアボックス内における互いに連結することができる回転対称な2つの連 結部材(5,6)間の連結噛合であり: a)両連結部材(5,6)は互いに対向する面に爪を備え、これが基礎面(1 0)から突出しており; b)両方の連結部材のうちの第一のもの(6)において、爪(14,15,1 6)は基礎面(10)を仕切る外側結合部分(18)の内側周囲面(17)上に 配設され; c)両方の連結部材のうちの第二のもの(5)において、爪(7,8)は基礎 面(10)を仕切る内側結合部分(13)の外側周囲面(9)上に配設され; d)両方の爪の連結面はともに切り下げを有するよう形成されることを特徴と する連結噛合。 2. 基礎面(10)からみて外側結合部分(18)が爪(14,15,16) より高くなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の連結噛合。 3. 基礎面(10)から見て内側結合部分(13)が爪(7,8)より低くな ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の連結噛合。 4. 爪(7,8)は、内側放射方向の段部(12)がほぼ内側結合部分(13 )の高さを有するような高さにおいて段をなすよう形成することを特徴とする請 求項3記載の連結噛合。 5. 両連結部材の一方の爪の一部をその他の爪に比してわずかに低くなるよう 相違させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の連結噛合。 6. 偶数の爪数を有する連結部材において、両連結部材の一方の爪(7,8) を交互に変遷する2種類の異なった高さのものとすることを特徴とする請求項5 記載の連結噛合。 7. 少なくとも一つの連結部材(6)の爪(15,16)が側方に傾斜し、特 に周囲方向に湾曲した屋根形状とし、進入局面に際して軸方向に相互に衝突する 屋根形状が線形の接触を有するよう構成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の連 結噛合。 8. 両連結部材(5,6)が連結された状態においてその爪の荷重のかかった 側面部分で平面的に相互に接触することを特徴とする請求項1記載の連結噛合。 9. 第一の連結部材(6)は外側結合部分(18)に加えて爪から離間して配 設された内側結合部分(19)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の連結噛 合。 10. 第二の連結部材(5)は内側結合部分(13)に加えて爪から離間して 配置された外側結合部分を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の連結噛合。 11. 第一の連結部材(6)が歯車(1,2)を形成し、第二の連結部材(5 )が推動スリーブ(3)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載のギアボック ス。
