Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ギアボックスまたはこれと同様なものの爪歯であり、その爪は切り下げを 設けて形成された側面部を備え、爪の縦軸に対する横断面で見て、平面状または 凸形の屋根形状を有し、 爪(1,2,3,8,9,10)の基礎形状を四角形状または爪歯の回転軸( D)に向かって先細になるようくさび形に形成し、爪形状の母線(5a,5b) は爪縦軸方向において直線的であり、これは、爪に向かった平面図で見て、互い に平行となるか、またはくさび形に相応するか、または回転軸(D)を貫通して 延在し、側面部ならびに屋根形状の母線(5a,5b)が等しい法則性をもった 軌道を有することを特徴とする爪歯。 2. 母線は螺旋形状を形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の爪歯。 3. 屋根形状(8c,9c,10c)はそれぞれ側面部に向かって傾斜し得る 一つまたは複数の屋根面から形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の爪歯。 4. 屋根形状(10e)は三角または多角切妻形を形成する請求項3記載の爪 歯。 5. 屋根形状(10g)は、爪縦軸に交差して見て、半楕円形、または四角形 、または必要に応じて丸めを設けて形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の爪 歯。 6. 爪噛合の一方の要素の爪の一部を所定の突出分だけ高く形成することを特 徴とする請求項1記載の爪歯。 7. 一つおきの爪を多角形成することを特徴とする請求項6記載の爪歯。 8. 屋根形状の高さは全面的または部分的に突出分に相当することを特徴とす る請求項6記載の爪歯。 9. 屋根形状の下端を形成する周回状の垂直部分を平坦面(フラット8b,9 b,10b)として形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の爪歯。
