Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.エチレン及び一酸化炭素の高分子量交互共重合体或いは一酸化炭素及び少 なくとも2つの異なるオレフィン単位の、但しオレフィン単位の1つがエチレン であり且つ残りがプロピレン、ブテン、ペンテン、ヘキセン、ヘプテン、オクテ ン、ノネン、デセン、ドデセン、スチレン、アクリル酸メチル、メタクリル酸メ チル、酢酸ビニル、ウンデセン酸、ウンデセノール、6−クロロヘキセン、N− ビニルピロリドン、及びビニルホスホン酸ジエステルからなる群から選択され、 なおオレフィン単位の大部分がエチレン単位の、交互に重合された単位を有する 高分子量交互共重合体の、フラッシュ紡糸されたプレキシフィラメントのフィル ム−フィブリル糸またはフォームまたはパルプを製造するに際して、該交互共重 合体の紡糸溶液を、大気圧で0〜210℃の沸点を有し且つ炭素数1〜3のアル コール及びハロゲン化炭化水素から選択される溶媒を用いて製造し、そしてこの 紡糸溶液を、紡糸溶液の自発圧力より高い圧力及び溶媒の大気圧での沸点より少 なくとも50℃高い温度において、実質的に低圧の領域に紡糸することを含んで なる、該フラッシュ紡糸されたプレキシフィラメントのフィルム−フィブリル糸 またはフォームまたはパルプの製造法。 2.アルコールがn−ペンタフルオロプロパノール、トリフルオロエタノール 、2、2、3、3−テトラフルオロ−1−プロパノール、ヘキサフルオロイソプ ロパノール、ヘプタフルオロ−1−ブタノール、シクロヘキサノール、1−メチ ルシクロヘキサノール、シス−2−メチルシクロヘキサノール、トランス−2− メチルシクロヘキサノール、シス−3−メチルシクロヘキサノール、トランス− 3−メチルシクロヘキサノ ール、ベンジルアルコール、フェノール、及びm−クレゾールからなる群から選 択される、請求の範囲1の方法。 3.アルコールがn−ペンタフルオロプロパノール、トリフルオロエタノール 、2、2、3、3−テトラフルオロ−1−プロパノール、ヘキサフルオロイソプ ロパノール、ヘプタフルオロ−1−ブタノールからなる群から選択される、請求 の範囲1の方法。 4.アルコールがシクロヘキサノール、1−メチルシクロヘキサノール、シス −2−メチルシクロヘキサノール、トランス−2−メチルシクロヘキサノール、 シス−3−メチルシクロヘキサノール、トランス−3−メチルシクロヘキサノー ル、ベンジルアルコール、フェノール、及びm−クレゾールからなる群から選択 される、請求の範囲1の方法。 5.紡糸溶液が請求の範囲2のアルコールを1つ以上含む、請求の範囲1の方 法。 6.アルコールがn−ペンタフルオロプロパノールである、請求の範囲1の方 法。 7.交互共重合体が重合したエチレン単位及び一酸化炭素単位からなる、請求 の範囲1の方法。 8.溶媒の大気圧での沸点が0〜100℃である、請求の範囲1の方法。 9.エチレン及び一酸化炭素の高分子量交互共重合体或いは一酸化炭素及び2 つの異なるオレフィン単位の、但しオレフィン単位の1つがエチレンであり且つ 残りがプロピレン、ブテン、ペンテン、ヘキセン、ヘプテン、オクテン、ノネン 、デセン、ドデセン、スチレン、アクリル酸メチル、メタクリル酸メチル、酢酸 ビニル、ウンデセン酸、ウンデセノ ール、6−クロロヘキセン、N−ビニルピロリドン、及びビニルホスホン酸ジエ ステルからなる群から選択され、なおオレフィン単位の大部分がエチレン単位の 、交互に重合された単位を有する高分子量交互共重合体の、大気圧で0〜210 ℃の沸点を有し且つ炭素数1〜3のアルコール及びハロゲン化炭化水素からなる 群から選択される溶媒中の紡糸溶液。 10.アルコールが弗素化アルコールである、請求の範囲9の紡糸溶液。 11.弗素化アルコールがn−ペンタフルオロプロパノール、トリフルオロエ タノール、2、2、3、3−テトラフルオロ−1−プロパノール、ヘキサフルオ ロイソプロパノール、及びヘプタフルオロ−1−ブタノールからなる群から選択 される、請求の範囲10の紡糸溶液。 12.溶液中の共重合体の濃度が溶液の5〜70重量%である、請求の範囲9 の紡糸溶液。 13.溶液中の共重合体の濃度が溶液の5〜35重量%である、請求の範囲9 の紡糸溶液。 14.溶液が200〜300℃の温度及び約500psig以上の圧力で紡糸 される、請求の範囲1の方法。 15.エチレン及び一酸化炭素の高分子量交互共重合体或いは一酸化炭素及び 少なくとも2つの異なるオレフィン単位の、但しオレフィン単位の1つがエチレ ンであり且つ残りがプロピレン、ブテン、ペンテン、ヘキセン、ヘプテン、オク テン、ノネン、デセン、ドデセン、スチレン、アクリル酸メチル、メタクリル酸 メチル、酢酸ビニル、ウンデセン酸、ウンデセノール、6−クロロヘキセン、N −ビニルピロリドン、及びビニルホスホン酸ジエステルからなる群から選択され 、なおオレフィン単 位の大部分がエチレン単位の、交互に重合された単位を有する高分子量交互共重 合体の、プレキシフィラメント。 16.エチレン及び一酸化炭素の高分子量交互共重合体或いは一酸化炭素及び 少なくとも2つの異なるオレフィン単位の、但しオレフィン単位の1つがエチレ ンであり且つ残りがプロピレン、ブテン、ペンテン、ヘキセン、ヘプテン、オク テン、ノネン、デセン、ドデセン、スチレン、アクリル酸メチル、メタクリル酸 メチル、酢酸ビニル、ウンデセン酸、ウンデセノール、6−クロロヘキセン、N −ビニルピロリドン、及びビニルホスホン酸ジエステルからなる群から選択され 、なおオレフィン単位の大部分がエチレン単位の、交互に重合された単位を有す る高分子量交互共重合体の、フォーム。 17.エチレン及び一酸化炭素の高分子量交互共重合体或いは一酸化炭素及び 少なくとも2つの異なるオレフィン単位の、但しオレフィン単位の1つがエチレ ンであり且つ残りがプロピレン、ブテン、ペンテン、ヘキセン、ヘプテン、オク テン、ノネン、デセン、ドデセン、スチレン、アクリル酸メチル、メタクリル酸 メチル、酢酸ビニル、ウンデセン酸、ウンデセノール、6−クロロヘキセン、N −ビニルピロリドン、及びビニルホスホン酸ジエステルからなる群から選択され 、なおオレフィン単位の大部分がエチレン単位の、交互に重合された単位を有す る高分子量交互共重合体の、パルプ。 18.請求の範囲15のプレイキシフィラメントから製造した不織布。 19.請求の範囲16のパルプから製造した不織布。
