Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.多数層ポリエステルフィルムを製造するための方法であって: ポリエチレンテレフタレートを含有する第1の樹脂を提供するステップと ; 第2および第3の樹脂を提供するステップと; 該第1,第2および第3の樹脂を、該第1の樹脂を含有する少なくとも1 つの層が、該第2の樹脂を含有する層と該第3の樹脂を含有する層との間に配置 される多数層フィルムに配列するステップと; を含み、該第2および第3の樹脂の少なくとも1つがナフタレンジカルボン酸ポ リエステルを含有する方法。 2.該第1の樹脂を含有する該層が、該第2の樹脂を含有する層と該第3の樹 脂を含有する層とに接触する請求項1記載の方法。 3.ナフタレンジカルボン酸ポリエステルを含有する同じ寸法の一体フィルム について、同じ延伸速度および同じ温度の条件下にて得られる延伸比より大きい 延伸比まで、少なくとも1軸方向に該フィルムを延伸するステップをさらに含む 請求項1記載の方法。 4.テレフタル酸ポリエステルを含有する同じ寸法の一体フィルムについて、 同じ延伸速度および同じ温度の条件下にて得られる延伸比より大きい延伸比まで 、少なくとも1軸方向に該フィルムを延伸するステップをさらに含む請求項1記 載の方法。 5.該第1の樹脂を含有する少なくとも1つの層を、少なくとも約5.5の延 伸比まで延伸するステップをさらに含む請求項1記載の方法。 6.該多数層フィルム中の該層が、該第1の樹脂を含有する層と、ナフタレン ジカルボン酸樹脂を含有する層とを交互に繰り返す請求項1記載の方法。 7.該フィルムが少なくとも2軸方向に延伸される請求項3記載の方法。 8.該延伸が、該少なくとも2軸方向に逐次的に実施される請求項7記載の方 法。 9.該少なくとも2軸方向両方の配向延伸比が少なくとも約4.6である請求 項7記載の方法。 10.該少なくとも2軸方向両方の配向延伸比が少なくとも約5.0である請 求項7記載の方法。 11.該延伸が、該少なくとも2軸方向に同時に実施される請求項7記載の方 法。 12.該フィルムが最初に該少なくともに2軸方向のうち1軸方向に延伸され 、次いで該少なくとも2軸方向に同時に延伸される請求項7記載の方法。 13.該フィルムが最初に該少なくとも2軸方向に同時に延伸され、次いで該 少なくとも2軸方向の少なくとも1軸方向にさらに延伸される請求項7記載の方 法。 14.前記テレフタル酸ポリエステルが、約0.6乃至約1.1dL/gの範 囲内の固有粘度を有する請求項1記載の方法。 15.該テレフタル酸ポリエステルが、約0.72乃至約0.95dL/gの 範囲内の固有粘度を有する請求項1記載の方法。 16.前記ナフタレンジカルボン酸ポリエステルが、約0.47乃至約0.6 3kg/hrの範囲内の固有粘度を有する請求項1記載の方法。 17.多数層ポリエステルフィルムを製造するための方法であっ て: ポリエチレンテレフタレートを含有する第1の樹脂を提供するステップ と; ポリエチレンナフタレートを含有する第2の樹脂を提供するステップと ; 該第1および該第2の樹脂を、該第1の樹脂を含有する層が該第2の樹 脂を含有する層の間に配置される多数層フィルムに配列するステップと; 該第1の樹脂中に結晶化を誘発するほど十分な温度かつ十分な時間にて 該第1の樹脂を含有する該層を加熱するステップとを含む方法。 18.該第1の樹脂を含有する該層が、加熱されてから延伸される請求項17 記載の方法。 19.多数層ポリエステルフィルムを製造するための方法であって: ポリエチレンテレフタレートを含有する第1の樹脂を提供するステップ と; ポリエチレンナフタレートを含有する第2の層を提供するステップと; 該第1および第2の樹脂を、該第1の樹脂を含有する層が該第2の樹脂 を含有する層の間に配置される多数層フィルムに配列するステップと; 該フィルムを少なくとも横方向に延伸するステップと; 該フィルムを、約177℃乃至約235℃の温度の少なくとも1つの加 熱帯を通過させるステップと; 該フィルムを横方向に緩和させるステップと を含む方法。 20.該フィルムが、約4.2未満の延伸比まで横方向に緩和される請求項1 9記載の方法。 21.該第1の加熱帯が、約240℃未満の温度である請求項19記載の方法 。 22.該第1の加熱帯が、約193℃未満の温度である請求項19記載の方法 。 23.該フィルムが2つの加熱帯を通過させられ、該第2の加熱帯の温度が少 なくとも約204℃である請求項19記載の方法。 24.該フィルムが2つの加熱帯を通過させられ、該第2の加熱帯の温度が少 なくとも約216℃である請求項19記載の方法。 25.該フィルムが、少なくとも約0.26延伸比単位だけ横方向に緩和され る請求項19記載の方法。 26.該フィルムが、少なくとも約0.39延伸比単位だけ横方向に緩和され る請求項19記載の方法。 27.該フィルムが2つの加熱帯を通過させられ、該第1の加熱帯の温度が約 204℃未満であり、該第2の加熱帯の温度が少なくとも約204℃であり、該 フィルムが少なくとも約0.26延伸比単位だけ横方向に緩和される請求項19 記載の方法。 28.該フィルムが2つの加熱帯を通過させられ、該第1の加熱帯の温度が約 192℃未満であり、該第2の加熱帯の温度が少なくとも約216℃であり、該 フィルムが少なくとも約0.39延伸比単位だけ横方向に緩和される請求項19 記載の方法。 29.多数層フィルムの係数を改良するための方法であって: 第1,第2および第3の層を有し、該第2の層がポリエチレンテレフタ レートを含有し、該第1および第3の層の間に配置され、該第1および第3の層 の少なくとも1つがポリエチレンナフタレートを含有する多数層フィルムを提供 するステップと; 該多数層フィルムを少なくとも約5.5の延伸比まで延伸するステップ と を含む方法。 30.該第1および第3の層がともにポリエチレンナフタレートを含有する請 求項29記載の方法。 31.該多数層フィルムが、少なくとも約5.7の延伸比まで延伸される請求 項29記載の方法。 32.該多数層フィルムが、約70%乃至約95%ポリエチレンナフタレート を含有する請求項29記載の方法。 33.多数層ポリエステルフィルムを製造するための方法であって: ポリエチレンテレフタレートを含有する第1の樹脂を提供するステップ と; 第2および第3の樹脂を提供するステップと; 該第1,第2および第3の樹脂を、該第1の樹脂を含有する少なくとも 1つの層が、該第2の樹脂を含有する層と該第3の樹脂を含有する層との間に配 置される多数層フィルムに配列するステップと; 該フィルムを加熱して、該第1の樹脂を結晶化するステップと; 該フィルムを少なくとも1軸方向に延伸するステップとを含む方法。 34.該第2および第3の樹脂の少なくとも1つがエラストマーである請求項 33記載の方法。 35.該第2および第3の樹脂の少なくとも1つがナフタレンジカルボン酸ポ リエステルである請求項33記載の方法。
