Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. リン酸およびアリカリ金属リン酸塩から選択された反応体を灰中に加え 、このようにして得られたリン酸塩含有混合物を、水および水硬性結合剤と共に 泥状化して、水硬性モルタルを形成させ、かつこのモルタルを凝固および硬化さ せることを特徴とする、重金属およびアルミニウム金属含有灰の不活性化方法。 2. 反応体が、ヘキサメタリン酸ナトリウムを含んでなる、請求項1記載の 方法。 3. 水硬性結合剤を、ポルトランドセメントおよびポルトランドセメントク リンカーから選択する、請求項2記載の方法。 4. 前記反応体を、灰の8〜15重量%の量で使用する、請求項1〜3のい ずれか1項記載の方法。 5. 水硬性結合剤を、灰の25〜40重量%の量で使用する、請求項1〜4 のいずれか1項記載の方法。 6. 凝固および硬化を、水蒸気飽和大気下で実施する、請求項1〜5のいず れか1項記載の方法。 7. 鉄、マンガン、鉄(II)化合物、マンガン(II)化合物およびアル カリ金属還元性塩類、から選択された添加剤を、モルタルの0.3〜1重量%の 量で、泥状化用水中に添加する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の方法。 8. 添加剤が、硫酸第1鉄、硫酸第1マンガン、亜硝酸ナトリウム、亜硫酸 ナトリウムおよび鉄金属、から選択される、請求項7記載の方法。 9. 灰が水溶性化合物を含有する場合に、灰にリン酸を添加するに先立って 、灰をアルカリ性水による洗浄に付す、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の方法 。 10. 灰が有機物質および/または未燃焼物質を含む場合に、灰に水硬性結 合剤を添加するに先立って、前記リン酸塩含有混合物を焼成に付す、請求項1〜 9のいずれか1項記載の方法。 11. 灰が都市部廃棄物焼却により発生した煤煙からのフライアッシュを含 んでなる、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項記載の方法。
