Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ケーブル状エレメント(以下、ケーブルと呼ぶ)の自由端をホルダー内また はホルダー上にコイル状に巻かれた長尺状のチューブ部材(以下、チューブと呼 ぶ)の自由端に供給する工程と、ケーブルの自由端とこれに続く部分をチューブ の自由端内に送り、チューブ内のケーブルに流体引きずり力を発生させために、 すでにチューブ内に挿入されたケーブルに沿って供給方向にチューブを通して流 体の流れを形成する工程と、チューブとともにホルダーに垂直成分を有する周期 運動をさせる工程とからなるケーブルのチューブへの挿入方法において、 該周期運動の垂直成分が一般の重力定数に依存する周期を有して各周期の間、 少なくとも近似的にチューブ内のケーブルに自由落下運動をもたらすことを特徴 とする、ケーブルをホルダー内またはホルダー上にコイル状に巻かれたチューブ 内に挿入する方法。 2. 前記周期運動の垂直成分が振幅Aと周期Pをもつ正弦波で、該周期、振幅お よび重力定数gが互いに式P=2π〔A/g〕1/2によって、少なくとも近似的 に関係づけられていることを特徴とする請求項1の方法。 3. ホルダーがシーソーの第1アーム上に乗せられ、該シーソーが正弦波運動に したがって駆動されることを特徴とする請求項2の方法。 4. 別のコイル状チューブを有する別のホルダーがシーソーの第2アーム上に乗 せられ、シーソーの運動の間、第1ケーブルが第1チューブ内に挿入されると同 様に別のケーブルが前記別のコイル状チューブ内に挿入されることを特徴とする 請求項3の方法。 5. ホルダーが回転可能に支持されたレバーの長アーム上に乗せられ、該レバー の短アームが長アームと短アームの長さの比に対応する割合で振幅Aの一部を有 する正弦波振動にしたがって駆動されることを特徴とする請求項3の方法。 6. 周期運動が少なくとも1/2の振幅比をもつ垂直・水平成分を含む継続ぶら んこ運動であることを特徴とする請求項1の方法。 7. ぶらんこ運動の垂直・水平成分が、8. 1以上のホルダーが「中国ぶらんこ」として知られているぶらんこ構造の一 部である水平な台の上に乗せられ、該台が継続ぶらんこ運動をさせられることを 特徴とする請求項6、7の方法。 9. 該ホルダーまたは各ホルダーがその上にチューブがコイル状に巻かれたリー ルであることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。 10.該ホルダーまたは各ホルダーがその中にチューブが拘束された状態で収納さ れている容器であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。 11.周期運動の周期が1秒よりも長いことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれ かに記載の方法。
