Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ガラス基材用のエナメル組成物であって、上記組成物が少なくとも1つの ガラスフリットを含み、かつ、顔料として少なくとも1つ以上のマンガン化合物 を含み、更に750℃より低い融解温度を持つエナメル組成物。 2.主な顔料としてマンガン化合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1の組成物 。 3.銀粒子を10重量%未満含むことを特徴とする請求項1および2のどちら かの組成物。 4.上記マンガン化合物をマンガン塩および/またはマンガン酸化物の形で供 給することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のうちの1つの組成物。 5.上記顔料の量がフリットおよび顔料の組み合わせの10〜50重量%であ ることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のうちの1つの組成物。 6.鉛酸化物を0.1%未満含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のうちの1つ の組成物。 7.上記ガラスフリットが網目形成酸化物としてSiO2を含むことを特徴と する請求項1〜6のうちの1つの組成物。 8.上記ガラスフリットが修飾中間酸化物としてBi2O3および/またはZn Oを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のうちの1つの組成物。 9.フリットとして、以下の成分の混合物を以下で重量%で表される比率で含 むことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のうちの1つの組成物。 Bi2O3 50〜70% SiO2 15〜30% B2O3 1〜13% Na2O 0.5〜7% Al2O3 0.5〜7% 10.ヒビクルを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のうちの1つの組成 物。 11.ガラス基材をエナメル処理する方法であって、少なくとも1つのガラス フリットを含み、かつ、顔料としての少なくとも1以上のマンガン化合物を含み 、更に750℃未満の融解温度を有するエナメル組成物でガラス基材の少なくと も1部を被覆し、そして次にこのエナメル処理された基板をエナメルを焼成する よう加熱処理ガラス基材のエナメル処理方法。 12.原料を約1000〜1300℃の温度で融解して、続いて随意にアニー ル処理し、そして得られた混合物をエナメル組成物のフリット/顔料の組み合わ せを与えるため粉砕する、請求項1〜10のうちの1つのエナメル組成物を製造 するための方法。 13.請求項1〜10のうちの1つの組成物である少なくとも1つのエナメル の層で、面の少なくとも1つの少なくとも1部を被覆した少なくとも1枚のガラ ス板を含む板ガラス。 14.約90%の光透過率および4mmの厚さを持つガラス基材上のエナメル の色座標を測定すると、絶対値においてL*≦5、|a*|≦2および|b*|≦ 2である色座標を持つ黒いエナメルで被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項1 3の板ガラス。
