Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第3圧力(PL)を有する第3流体の流れ(QL)を供給又は排出することに よって、第1圧力(PH)を有する第1流体の流れ(QH)から油圧力を、第2圧力 (PN)を有する第2流体の流れ(QN)の油圧力へ変換する圧力変換装置であって 、前記流体の流れをこの圧力変換装置に接続させるために少なくとも3個の管接 続部(16;51,52,53)を有するハウジング(3,11)と、そのハウジングにあ って、前記管接続部間の圧力差の効果により回転軸のまわりで回転することので きるロータ(26)と、回転軸のまわりに配置される室(24)と、前記ハウジング 内のロータが回転する時、前記室の容積を最小値と最大値との間で変化させる容 積手段(27,29)と、前記ロータの回転によって作動され、各室を管接続部の1 つに交互に接続させる弁(20,21;57)に備えられたチャンネル(19,22)とで 成り、特定室を管接続部(16,30,31,33;51,52,53)の1つに接続させる弁 (20;57)の開放位置に対して室(24)の容積を最小値又は最大値にする容積手 段(29)の回転位置を調整するために、調整手段(7,9,10;54)を備えてい ることを特徴とする圧力変換装置。 2.ハウジング(3)に対する容積手段(29)の回転位置は固定され、ハウジ ングに対する開放位置は調整手段(7,9,10;54)によって調整自在であるこ とを特徴とする、請求の範囲1記載の圧力変換装置。 3.面プレート(20;57)を貫通する少なくとも3個のチャンネル(19;55) の1つを通って、室(24)は管接続部(16;51,52,53)の1つと接続し、ハウ ジング(3)内の面プレート(20;57)の回転位置は調整自在であることを特徴 とする、前述の請求の範囲のいずれか1つに記載の圧力変換装置。 4.ハウジング(3)内の面プレート(20;57)は調整手段(7,9,10)の 助力により回転可能であることを特徴とする、請求の範囲3記載の圧力変換装置 。 5.調整手段(7,9,10)はコントロール装置によって方向づけられるよう になっており、この圧力変換装置に接続される油圧モータへの管接続部(16,30 ,31,33;51,52,53)は、前記コントロール装置に接続した圧力センサーを備 えていることを特徴とする、請求の範囲1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の圧力変換 装置。 6.面プレート(20;57)は3本のチャンネル(19;55)を有し、それらのチ ャンネル間にリブ(32;34;58)を備えられ、そのリブは、ロータ(26)の回転 中、室(24)へ通じるチャンネル(22)をシールするようになっており、前記リ ブ(32;34;58)はロータが精々2°回転することによって室(24)が完全にシ ールされるような寸法を有していることを特徴とする、請求の範囲3〜5のいず れか1つに記載の圧力変換装置。 7.リブ(32;34;58)はロータが約1°回転することにより室(24)が完全 にシールされるような寸法を有することを特徴とする、請求の範囲6記載の圧力 変換装置。 8.圧力変換装置が取付られた油圧モータを第2流体の流れが駆動するように した、前述の請求の範囲のいずれか1つに、或いはこ れらの請求の範囲の組合わせに記載の圧力変換装置。 9.油圧モータはリニアシリンダで構成することを特徴とする、請求の範囲8 記載の圧力変換装置。 10.第1圧力(P1)を有する流体の流れを生じさせる油圧総体(60)と、1個 以上の油圧的に駆動されるモータ(62)は、第1圧で前記油圧総体により生じる 流体の流れに連結され、1個以上の油圧的に駆動されるモータ(63)は、第2圧 (P2)で前記油圧総体により生じる流体の流れに連結されることとで成り、前記 第1圧(P1)と第2圧(P2)との間に圧力変換装置(61)が備えられることを特 徴とする油圧システム。 11.低圧(P4)と操作圧(P3)との間に圧力差を生じさせる油圧総体(70)を 有する油圧システムであって、前記低圧はこのシステムの最低圧より高いのであ り、前記低圧を生じさせるために操作圧(P3)と低圧(P4)との間に圧力変換装 置(72)を備えることを特徴とする油圧システム。
