Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 非密集亜鉛薄片を含むアノードを含むことを特徴とする、電気化学電池。 2. 該アノードが、6.5g/cc 未満の亜鉛密度を有する、請求項1に記載の電気化 学電池。 3. 亜鉛薄片が、アノード中に均一に取り込まれている、請求項1に記載の電気 化学電池。 4. 該亜鉛薄片が、アノード中に均一に分散されている、請求項1、2、又は3 のいずれかに記載の電気化学電池。 5. 該亜鉛薄片が、濃縮したアノード容積中に均一に分散されている、請求項1 、2、又は3のいずれかに記載の電気化学電池。 6. 該亜鉛薄片が、厚さ、長さ、幅の寸法を有し、該厚さの寸法が、少なくとも 長さ及び幅の寸法の1/10以下である、請求項1、2、又は3のいずれかに記載 の電気化学電池。 7. 該亜鉛薄片が、アノード中に均一に分散されている、請求項6に記載の電気 化学電池。 8. 該亜鉛薄片が、濃縮したアノード容積中に均一に分散されている、請求項6 に記載の電気化学電池。 9. 該アノードが、更に亜鉛粉末を含む、請求項1、2、又は3のいずれかに記 載の電気化学電池。 10.該亜鉛薄片が、亜鉛薄片と亜鉛粉末とを全て混ぜた重量の約5重量%から約 70重量%を構成する、請求項9に記載の電気化学電池。 11.該亜鉛薄片が、亜鉛薄片と亜鉛粉末とを全て混ぜた重量の約5重量%から約 30重量%を構成する、請求項9に記載の電気化学電池。 12.該亜鉛薄片が、純亜鉛を含む、請求項1、2、又は3のいずれかに記載の電 気化学電池。 13.該亜鉛薄片が、亜鉛合金を含む、請求項1、2、又は3のいずれかに記載の 電気化学電池。 14.該亜鉛薄片が、インジウムで被覆又は表面蒸着されている、請求項1、2、 又は3のいずれかに記載の電気化学電池。 15.該亜鉛合金が、インジウム、ビスマス、リチウム、カルシウム、アルミニウ ムからなる群から選ばれた1以上の金属を含む、請求項13に記載の電気化学電 池。 16.該電気化学電池が、アルカリ電解質を含む、請求項1、2、又は3のいずれ かに記載の電気化学電池。 17.亜鉛薄片が、約75cm2/gから約150cm2/gの平均表面積を有する、請求項1、 2、又は3のいずれかに記載の電気化学電池。 18.水銀を含まない亜鉛アノードを含む電気化学電池において、該亜鉛アノード が、27容積%未満の亜鉛濃度を有することを特徴とする、当該電気化学電池。 19.亜鉛アノードを含む電気化学電池において、該亜鉛アノードが、28容積%未 満の亜鉛濃度を有し、該亜鉛アノードが亜鉛薄片を含むことを特徴とする、当 該電気化学電池。 20.該電池が、「AA」型アルカリ電池を含み、該電気化学電池が、21℃の部屋 で0.90V まで少なくとも10分間、2000mAの一定電流を示す、請求項18又は19に 記載の電気化学電池。 21.水銀を含まない亜鉛アノードを含む電気化学電池において、該亜鉛アノード 含有量が、約0.36亜鉛g/アノード容積ccから約1.56亜鉛g/アノード容積ccであ ることを特徴とする、当該電気化学電池。
