Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.外科医が遠位大腿の端部のサイズを測定し、骨切除ツールを案内して遠位 大腿の端部を切除するのに使用する機器で、 (a)機器本体と機器本体を取り付けるための外反モジュールとを含む機器本 体構造を備え、機器本体構造は、遠位大腿の遠位面と接触する平面が、遠位大腿 の縦軸に対して固定角度にある状態で、遠位面接触表面を有し、遠位大腿の後方 面を接触させる後方面接触表面と、それを通る空洞とを有し、さらに、 (b)遠位大腿の前方面の一部と接触するために、機器本体構造に取り付ける ことができる前方隙間ゲージと、 (c)骨切除ツールを案内して遠位大腿を切除するために、機器本体構造に取 り付けることができる切除ガイドとを備えた機器。 2.外科医が骨髄内棒と組み合わせて遠位大腿の端部のサイズを測定し、骨切 除ツールを案内して、遠位大腿の端部で前方大腿切除を実施し、遠位大腿の端で 遠位大腿切除を実施するのに使用する機器で、 (a)機器本体と機器本体を取り付けるための外反モジュールとを含む機器本 体構造を備え、機器本体構造は、遠位大腿の遠位面を接触させる平面がある遠位 面接触表面を有し、遠位大腿の後方面を接触させる後方面接触表面と、それを通 る空洞とを有して、骨髄内棒の遠位端部を受けて遠位面接触表面の平面を骨髄内 棒の縦軸に対して固定角度で配置し、さらに、 (b)遠位大腿の前方面の一部と接触するために、機器本体構造に取り付ける ことができる前方隙間ゲージと、 (c)骨切除ツールを案内して遠位大腿の前方面の前方大腿切除および遠位大 腿の遠位面の遠位大腿切除とを実施するために、機器本体構造に取り付けること ができる切除ガイドとを備えた機器。 3.機器本体が、後方面接触表面が第1本体部材の第1端部に取り付けられ、 これから外方向に延在する状態で、第1端部および第2端部を有する第1本体を 含み、機器本体が、前方隙間ゲージが第2本体部材の第2端部に取り付けられた 状態で、第1端部および第2端部を有する第2本体部材とを含み、第1および第 2本体部材は、摺動可能な状態で互いに結合され、これによって後方面接触表面 および前方隙間ゲージが互いに向かって、および互いから離れるよう移動するこ とができる、請求項2に記載の機器。 4.外反モジュールがフランジを有し、機器本体が、摺動可能な状態で外反モ ジュールのフランジを受け、摺動可能な状態で外反モジュールを機器本体に結合 するために溝を有し、外反モジュールを機器本体にロックするロック部材が含ま れた、請求項2に記載の機器。 5.外反モジュールの一部がねじ付きで、ロック部材が、外反モジュールのね じ部分とねじ嵌合するロック・ナットを含む、請求項4に記載の機器。 6.機器本体構造を通る通路が、機器本体構造の遠位面接触表面の平面部分に 対してほぼ垂直な面と、ほぼ±15°の範囲内の角度を形成する縦軸を有する、 請求項2に記載の機器。 7.切除ガイドが、骨切除ツールを案内して遠位大腿の切除を実施するため、 スロットを有する本体部材を含み、切除ガイドの本体部材が、第1位置で機器本 体構造に取り付けることができ、それを通るスロットを方向付けて骨切除ツール を案内して、遠位大腿の端部の前方大腿切除を実施し、第2位置で機器本体構造 を取り付けることができ、それを通るスロットを方向付けて骨切除ツールを案内 して、遠位大腿の端部の遠位大腿切除を実施する、請求項2に記載の機器。
