[0002]両十字(換言すれば、前後十字靭帯)保持手技時に近位脛骨を準備するための器械セットは、脛骨切除ブロックと、垂直切断ガイドと、ロック用腕部とを含むことができる。脛骨切除ブロックは、近位脛骨の前部分に固定するように構成できる。脛骨切除ブロックは、脛骨切除ブロックが近位脛骨に固定されたときに、内外(medial-lateral)方向に延びるスロットを画定することができる。垂直切断ガイドは、本体、内側腕部および外側腕部を有することができる。内側切断スロットは、本体および内側腕部の間に画定することができる。外側切断スロットは、本体および外側腕部の間に画定することができる。切断ガイドは、切断ガイドから延びる舌部をさらに備えることができる。舌部は、脛骨切除ブロックのスロットに入るように、かつ、このスロットに沿ってスライドしながら平行移動するように構成できる。ロック用腕部は、切断ガイドに取り付けることができ、ロックされていない位置およびロックされている位置の間で可動である。ロックされていない位置では、切断ガイドが脛骨切除ブロックに対して平行移動できる。ロックされていない位置では、ロック用腕部が脛骨切除ブロックと係合し、切断ガイドが脛骨切除ブロックに対して動かないようにすることができる。

Claims (20)
- 両十字保持手技時に近位脛骨を準備するための器械セットであって、
前記近位脛骨の前部分に固定するように構成され、前記近位脛骨に固定されたときに、内外方向に延びるスロットを画定する脛骨切除ブロックと、
本体、内側腕部および外側腕部を有し、内側切断スロットが前記本体および前記内側腕部の間に画定され、外側切断スロットが前記本体および前記外側腕部の間に画定された垂直切断ガイドであって、前記切断ガイドから延びる舌部をさらに備え、前記舌部が前記脛骨切除ブロックの前記スロットに受け入れられるように、かつ、前記スロットに沿って摺動可能に平行移動するように構成されている、垂直切断ガイドと、
前記切断ガイドに取り付けられたロック用腕部であって、前記切断ガイドが前記脛骨切除ブロックに対して平行移動できるロックされていない位置、および、前記ロック用腕部が前記脛骨切除ブロックと係合し、前記切断ガイドが前記脛骨切除ブロックに対して動かないようにするロックされた位置の間で可動であるロック用腕部と、

垂直切断ガイドを前記脛骨切断ブロックに画定されたスロットに沿って、前記近位脛骨に対する所望の内外方向の位置が得られるまで摺動可能に平行移動させる段階と、
前記所望の内外方向の位置を得ることによって、前記垂直切断ガイドを前記脛骨切断ブロックに対して固定する段階と、
垂直内側切断部を前記近位脛骨に、前記垂直切断ガイドに画定された内側スロットを参照しながら準備する段階と、
垂直外側切断部を前記近位脛骨に、前記垂直切断ガイドに画定された外側スロットを参照しながら準備する段階と、
