Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 検定、特に生理学的液体に関する臨床テストを実施する際に使用するに 適した閉鎖装置であって、前記閉鎖装置は診断用テスト容器または類似容器を閉 鎖するに適した閉鎖組立体として設計される基本的構造を有し、前記閉鎖装置は 本体部分(1)とプランジャ(3)とを含み、前記本体部分(1)は前記容器の 口部上に密着搭載するに適しまたその軸方向に円筒形孔(2)を備え、前記本体 部分(1)は前記診断テスト容器に対向する前記本体部分(1)の孔(2)の末 端を開放自在に閉鎖するに適したフタ(7)を含み、また前記プランジャ(3) は前記本体部分(1)の孔(2)に対応する直径を有しまた前記孔(2)の中に 滑動自在に搭載されて前記本体部分(1)に対して密封位置まで運動して、前記 本体部分(1)の孔(2)の前記フタ(7)と前記プランジャ(3)との間に残 存するスペースの中に密封試薬貯蔵チャンバ(9)を形成する事ができるように 構成された閉鎖装置において、 前記本体部分(1)を軸方向に貫通する孔(2)の内側面は少なくとも1つの グルーブ(4)を備え、このグルーブ(4)の放射方向深さは前記プランジャ( 3)の外径の到達範囲内にない程度に深く、前記グルーブ(4)は前記孔(2) の外端から、孔(2)の内側面にそって軸方向に、前記プランジャ(3)が前記 孔(2)の中に部分的に挿入された時に前記試薬貯蔵チャンバ(9)と前記円筒 形孔(2)の外端との間のガス流通を保持する事のできる長さ延在する事を特徴 とする閉鎖装置。 2. 前記本体部分(1)は前記部分的に挿入された前記プランジャ(3)の 位置を確認するためのストッパ(10)を含む事を特徴とする請求項1に記載の 閉鎖装置。 3. 前記ストッパ(10)の設計は完全に挿入されたプランジャ(3)の末 端位置の確認を可能とする事を特徴とする請求項2に記載の閉鎖装置。 4. 前記フタ(7)の内側面は、試薬貯蔵チャンバ(9)のスペースを形成 するために凹形を成す事を特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の閉鎖装 置。 5. 前記フタ(7)がヒンジ(8)によって前記本体部分(1)に連結され ている事を特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の閉鎖装置。 6. 前記本体部分(1)が診断用テスト容器(11)または類似の容器の口 部上に着脱自在に取付け可能である事を特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに 記載の閉鎖装置。 7. 前記閉鎖装置は請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の少なくとも2つの基 本構造を含む事を特徴とする閉鎖装置。 8. テスト容器を密封する閉鎖装置中に貯蔵されまた前記閉鎖装置から排出 される試薬アリコートから成る検定試薬と標本を反応させる事によって標本、特 に生理学的液体の標本を検定する方法において、前記試薬は外気との連通から気 密遮断される前に、外気とガス流通した貯蔵スペースの中で処理される事を特徴 とする標本検定法。 9. 前記検定試薬が親液性試薬である事を特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法 。 10. 前記検定試薬が不活性ガス中に貯蔵保護された試薬である事を特徴と する請求項8に記載の方法。 11. 検定試薬を収容するフタによって密封された少なくとも1つのテスト 容器を含み、前記試薬は、閉鎖装置が外気との連通から密封遮断される前に処理 段階を受けている事を特徴とする特に血液標本などの標本の臨床検定を実施する ためのテストキット。
