Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.リポソーム分散液の調製のために1種かもしくはそれ以上の両親媒性物質の 水性予備分散液を高圧ホモジナイザーに供給する、製薬学的活性化合物の担体と してリポソーム分散液を有する非経口的に投与可能な製薬学的調剤のための配合 物の調製法であって、予備分散液を600バール〜900バール、好ましくは7 00バール〜800バールの圧力下で、0.1mm〜0.5mm、好ましくは0 .1mm〜0.2mmの直径を有するホモジナイザーノズル(2)にポンプで通 過させることを特徴とする方法。 2.予備分散液の調製のために両親媒性物質及び製薬学的活性化合物を含有する 一次分散液を含有する水性分散液を0.3mm〜0.7mmの直径を有するホモ ジナイザーノズル(3)にポンプで通過させることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1 項に記載の方法。 3.予備分散液をリポソーム分散液の平均粒度が4nm〜8nmの標準偏差で3 5nm〜80nmの範囲内になるまでホモジナイザーノズル(13)を通ってポ ンピングにより再循環させることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1及び2項に記載の 方法。 4.予備分散液が循環して10回〜30回ホモジナイザーノズル(2)を通って 流れることを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項に記載の方法。 5.予備分散液をホモジナイザーノズル(2)の前に連結された熱交換器(8) により50℃〜70℃の範囲内の温度に加熱することを特徴とする請求の範囲第 3〜4項に記載の方法。 6.撹拌容器(1)中の予備分散液を≦50℃の温度に保つことを特徴とする請 求の範囲第3〜5項に記載の方法。 7.ホモジナイザーノズル(2)中で加熱された分散液をホモジナイザーノズル (2)の後に連結された熱交換器(9)により50℃〜70℃の範囲内の温度に 冷却することを特徴とする請求の範囲第3〜6項に記載の方法。 8.用いられるポンプがダイヤフラム−型ポンプ(4)である請求の範囲第1〜 7項に記載の方法。 9.入り口及び出口溝を有する少なくとも1つのホモジナイザーノズルから出発 して請求の範囲第3〜8項に記載の方法を行うための装置であって、ホモジナイ ザーノズルが0.1mm〜0.5mm、好ましくは0.1mm〜0.2mmの腔 (13)を有し、スチール本体(12、19)中に押し込まれている硬質セラミ ック板(11)から成ることならびに腔(13)への入り口溝(14、16)及 び腔(13)からの出口溝(15、18)が同様にスチール本体(12、19) 中に組み込まれていることを特徴とする装置。 10.硬質セラミック板(11)が酸化ジルコニウム又は炭化ケイ素から成るこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第9項に記載の装置。 11.スチール本体(19)が互いに対になって向かい合う数個のホモジナイザ ーノズルを有し、入り口溝(16)が平行に連結されていることならびにスチー ル本体(19)中の出口溝(17)が共通の収集溝(18)中に開いていること を特徴とする請求の範囲第9又は10項に記載の装置。
