【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項１】 （Ａ）アルキルハライドと（Ｂ）粉末ケイ素と銅触媒を含んでなる接触集合体との反応を２５０℃〜３５０℃の範囲内の温度で実施することを含んでなる直接法によるアルキルハロシランの製造方法において、当該直接法反応に有効量の有機ホスフィンが用いられ、もって粗選択性の改善が達成されることを特徴とする方法。
【請求項２】 上記接触集合体が粉末ケイ素と銅−亜鉛−スズ触媒を含んでなる、請求項１記載の方法。
【請求項３】 上記アルキルハライドが塩化メチルである、請求項１記載の方法。
【請求項４】 上記有機ホスフィンがトリメチルホスフィンである、請求項１記載の方法。
【請求項５】 上記有機ホスフィンがトリエチルホスフィンである、請求項１記載の方法。
【請求項６】 上記有機ホスフィンがトリフェニルホスフィンである、請求項１記載の方法。
【請求項７】 上記反応が流動床反応器内、固定床反応器内又は攪拌床反応器内で実施される、請求項１乃至請求項６のいずれか１項記載の方法。
【請求項８】 上記直接法反応にプレ接触集合体を使用する、請求項１乃至請求項７のいずれか１項記載の方法。
【請求項９】 上記有機ホスフィンが有機溶媒溶液として導入される、請求項１乃至請求項８のいずれか１項記載の方法。
【請求項１】 （Ａ）アルキルハライドと（Ｂ）粉末ケイ素と銅触媒を含んでなる接触集合体との反応を２５０℃〜３５０℃の範囲内の温度で実施することを含んでなる直接法によるアルキルハロシランの製造方法において、当該直接法反応に有効量の有機ホスフィンが用いられ、もって粗選択性の改善が達成されることを特徴とする方法。
【請求項２】 上記接触集合体が粉末ケイ素と銅−亜鉛−スズ触媒を含んでなる、請求項１記載の方法。
【請求項３】 上記アルキルハライドが塩化メチルである、請求項１記載の方法。
【請求項４】 上記有機ホスフィンがトリメチルホスフィンである、請求項１記載の方法。
【請求項５】 上記有機ホスフィンがトリエチルホスフィンである、請求項１記載の方法。
【請求項６】 上記有機ホスフィンがトリフェニルホスフィンである、請求項１記載の方法。
【請求項７】 上記反応が流動床反応器内、固定床反応器内又は攪拌床反応器内で実施される、請求項１乃至請求項６のいずれか１項記載の方法。
【請求項８】 上記直接法反応にプレ接触集合体を使用する、請求項１乃至請求項７のいずれか１項記載の方法。
【請求項９】 上記有機ホスフィンが有機溶媒溶液として導入される、請求項１乃至請求項８のいずれか１項記載の方法。
