Description

D E S C R I Z I O N E
dell'invenzione industriale dal titolo:
"Contenitore per prodotti, in particolare per articoli da fumo, e metodo per la sua realizzazione."
La presente invenzione ha per oggetto un contenitore per prodotti ed un metodo per la sua realizzazione.
Quanto si dirà nella seguente descrizione con riferimento a contenitori di sigarette costituiti da pacchetti di tipo rigido a coperchio incernierato risulterà valido per altri tipi di prodotti ed in particolare per pacchetti di sigarette di tipo morbido e per stecche di pacchetti di sigarette.
Secondo quanto noto le macchine confezionatrici per la realizzazione di pacchetti di sigarette di tipo rigido a coperchio incernierato utilizzano degli sbozzati di materiale relativamente rigido (cartoncino o plastica) provvisti di una pluralità di linee di prepiegatura che li suddividono in pannelli ed alette, destinati a costituire le diverse pareti dei pacchetti stessi.
A ciascuno sbozzato viene associato un gruppo di sigarette precedentemente avvolto in un involucro interno, attorno al quale mezzi piegatori fissi e mobili provvedono a ripiegare lo sbozzato. Le alette e i pannelli dello sbozzato, destinati a sovrapporsi e ad essere rese solidali fra loro per definire pareti del pacchetto, sono sottoposti ad una operazione di gommatura.
La citata operazione di gommatura può essere realizzata per mezzo di dispositivi gommatori costituiti da una pluralità di rulli a risalti pescanti in una vasca di sostanza adesiva, o anche mediante gommatori spruzzo provvisti di una pluralità di ugelli.
In particolare la sostanza adesiva impiegata è una colla vinilica che tende a raggrumarsi e a sporcare le parti della macchina con cui viene a contatto. Si rendono necessarie perciò operazioni periodiche di pulizia e di manutenzione della macchina confezionatrice.
Le macchine impacchettatici di tipo noto comprendono inoltre un dispositivo di uscita costituito da un canale di essiccazione della sostanza adesiva.
All’ interno di tale canale i pacchetti in successione continua ed in reciproco contatto fra loro sono sottoposti a riscaldamento ed eventualmente ad una operazione di regolarizzazione di forma (“calibratura”) ad opera di piastre vibranti definenti le pareti del canale stesso.
Da quanto detto risulta chiaro, prescindendo dagli inconvenienti connessi con l’utilizzo dei dispositivi a rulli o a spruzzo suddetti, che i dispositivi gommatori ed il dispositivo di essiccazione della colla costituiscono una parte estremamente ingombrante e costosa della macchina impacchettatrice.
Scopo della presente invenzione è quello di realizzare un contenitore ed un metodo per la sua realizzazione che siano esenti dagli inconvenienti evidenziati.
In accordo con la presente invenzione vengono realizzati un metodo ed un contenitore presentanti le caratteristiche esposte in una o più delle rivendicazioni annesse.
La presente invenzione verrà ora descritta con riferimento ai disegni allegati, che ne illustrano un esempio di attuazione non limitativo, in cui:
- la figura 1 illustra schematicamente in vista prospettica una porzione di una macchina impacchettatrice di sigarette atta a realizzare i pacchetti secondo la presente invenzione;
- le figura 2 e 3 rappresentano in vista prospettica un pacchetto di sigarette del tipo a coperchio incernierato in condizioni di chiusura e, rispettivamente, di apertura;
- le figure 4 e 5 illustrano una vista prospettica della faccia esterna e, rispettivamente, interna di uno sbozzato per la realizzazione del pacchetto di figura 2;
- la figura 6 illustra in vista prospettica un collare o elemento interno del pacchetto di figura 2;
- la figura 7 rappresenta schematicamente ed in scala maggiorata un particolare di figura 1 ;
- la figura 8 rappresenta schematicamente una seconda forma di realizzazione del particolare di figura 1 ;
- la figura 9 illustra in sezione un particolare delle figure 4, 5, 6; - la figura 10 illustra una seconda forma di realizzazione del particolare di figura 9; e
- la figura 1 1 illustra una terza forma di realizzazione del particolare di figura 9.
Con riferimento alle figure 2 e 3, con 1 è indicato un pacchetto di sigarette presentante la forma di un parallelepipedo rettangolo ad asse longitudinale A e comprendente un involucro interno 2 avvolgente un gruppo 3 di sigarette 4 orientate parallelamente all’asse A ed un involucro esterno 5 di cartoncino, costituito da un corpo scatolare 6 e da un coperchio 7 a cerniera mobile fra una posizione di chiusura ed una posizione di apertura del corpo scatolare 6 stesso.
Un elemento interno o collare 8 è fissato all’interno del corpo scatolare 6 e si protende all’esterno del corpo scatolare 6 medesimo in modo da costituire un elemento di guida e di stabilizzazione del coperchio 7 in condizioni di chiusura.
Con riferimento alle figure 4 e 5, con 9 è indicato uno sbozzato di cartoncino da cui è ricavato il pacchetto 1.
Lo sbozzato 9, presentante una forma sostanzialmente rettangolare, è dotato di una pluralità di linee di prepiegatura che lo suddividono in una porzione centrale 10 e due porzioni laterali 11, disposte in posizione speculare l’una all’altra da bande opposte della porzione centrale 10 parallelamente all’asse longitudinale A’.
La porzione centrale 10 comprende un primo pannello 12 definente una parete anteriore del corpo scatolare 6, un secondo pannello 13 definente una parete di fondo del corpo scatolare 6, un terzo pannello 14 definente una parete posteriore del corpo scatolare 6, un quarto pannello 15, separato dal pannello 14 tramite una linea 16 di cerniera e definente una parete posteriore del coperchio 7, un quinto pannello 17 definente una parete di fondo del coperchio 7, e un sesto pannello 18 definente una parete anteriore del coperchio 7, dalla quale si protende un pannello di estremità 18a.
Ciascuna porzione laterale 11 comprende un’ala 19 estendentesi lateralmente dal pannello 12, un ala 20 estendentesi lateralmente dai pannelli 14 e 15 ed un’ala 21 estendentesi lateralmente dal pannello 18.
Ciascuna ala 20 è divisa in due porzioni da intagli obliqui 16’ che si dipartono dai due estremi della linea di cerniera 16.
Ciascuna ala 20 presenta alle proprie estremità longitudinali opposte due ali 22 e 23 longitudinali, la prima delle quali è disposta all’ esterno di un rispettivo bordo laterale del pannello 13, e la seconda delle quali è disposta all’esterno di un rispettivo bordo laterale del pannello 17.
Con riferimento alla figura 6, con 24 è indicato uno sbozzato di cartoncino dal quale è ricavato, mediante operazioni di piegatura, il citato collare 8.
Lo sbozzato 24 è dotato di due linee di prepiegatura parallele fra loro che lo suddividono in una porzione centrale 25 e due porzioni laterali o ali 26.
La faccia esterna 9a (figura 4) e la faccia interna 9b (figura 5) dello sbozzato 9, ed il collare 8 sono dotati, in corrispondenza di zone determinate, di strisce 27, comprendenti uno strato di materiale adesivo 28 per la loro applicazione agli sbozzati 9 e 24 di cartoncino ed uno strato 29, rivolto verso l’esterno, di materiale metallico elettricamente conduttore (figura 9).
Lo strato metallico 29 può essere costituito da una pellicola metallica semplice, o da una pellicola metallica ricoperta esternamente da uno strato plastico protettivo o da materiale cartaceo contenente particelle metalliche o anche da polvere metallica resa aderente, per esempio mediante sostanza adesiva, alla superficie di materiale cartaceo.
In alternativa, con riferimento alla figura 10, la striscia 27 comprende uno strato conduttore o metallico 29 interposto fra due strati 30 di materiale termoplastico (ad esempio polipropilene) o può essere anche costituita da un multistrato più complesso in cui sia presente almeno uno strato intermedio di materiale conduttore o metallico.
Più precisamente sulla faccia esterna 9a le strisce 27 sono applicate in corrispondenza delle due ali 20, e sulla faccia interna 9b le strisce 27 sono applicate in corrispondenza delle due ali 19, di una zona centrale della parete 12, delle due ali 21, della parete 18 del coperchio 7 e del pannello di estremità 18a adiacente alla parete 18 stessa.
Allo stesso modo una striscia 27 è applicata alla faccia esterna della porzione centrale 25 dello sbozzato 24.
Da quanto detto risulta evidente che le strisce 27 comprendenti lo strato metallico 29 sono applicate nelle diverse zone dello sbozzato 9 e del collare 8 che nella tecnica nota vengono fra loro collegate tramite sostanza adesiva.
Con riferimento alla figura 1, che illustra a titolo di esempio non limitativo una porzione di una macchina impacchettatrice, gli sbozzati 9, ai quali sono state precedentemente applicate le strisce 27, vengono alimentati in successione tramite un convogliatore non mostrato ad una ruota di incarto 31 di tipo noto, rotante attorno ad un asse 3 la orizzontale e provvista di scompartì 32 radiali ed angolarmente equidistanziati.
Dopo la piegatura dell’aletta 18a a contatto del pannello 18, ciascuno sbozzato 9 viene accoppiato in corrispondenza di una stazione d’ingresso 33 ad un gruppo di sigarette 3 avvolto nell’involucro interno 2, già provvisto dello sbozzato 24 del collare 8.
L’insieme formato da sbozzato 9, sbozzato 24 e involucro 2 contenente il gruppo di sigarette 3 viene quindi introdotto in uno scomparto 32 della ruota di incarto 31.
Dopo una rotazione sostanzialmente di 270° in senso antiorario della ruota medesima ciascun gruppo viene trasferito dalla ruota 3 1 ad una stazione di uscita 34.
Nel corso del suo trasferimento entro lo scomparto 32 della ruota d’incarto 31 e del passaggio attraverso la stazione di uscita 34 viene eseguita una serie di operazioni di piegatura secondo una metodologia nota, qui brevemente richiamata, avente come risultato finale la realizzazione del pacchetto 1 .
Più in particolare nel corso della rotazione della ruota 31 viene ribattuta la parete frontale 12 contro la parete centrale 25 del collare 8, e nella stazione di uscita 34 vengono ribattute le ali 19 e le ali 21 rispettivamente contro le ali 20, in maniera da realizzare le pareti laterali del corpo scatolare 6 e del coperchio 7.
A valle dei diversi dispositivi piegatori, non illustrati, che effettuano le citate operazioni di piegatura, portando in reciproco contatto parti dello sbozzato 9 e dello sbozzato 24 provviste delle strisce 27, sono previsti dei mezzi saldatori, schematizzati nei blocchi 35, i quali provvedono a fissare stabilmente, per fusione dello strato metallico 29, o degli strati di materiale termoplastico 30, i diversi pannelli ed ali degli sbozzati 9 e 24 stessi.
Con riferimento alla figura 7, ciascuno dei suddetti saldatori 35 comprende un dispositivo 36, entro il quale è inserito un elettromagnete 37, che per induzione elettromagnetica, al passaggio degli involucri 5 in formazione in corrispondenza del campo elettromagnetico 37’, determina il riscaldamento degli strati metallici 29 fra loro sovrapposti.
Di conseguenza, in seguito alla fusione degli strati metallici 29 stessi (figura 9), o per fusione degli strati di materiale termoplastico 30 fra i quali gli strati metallici 29 sono interposti (figura 10), o per fusione almeno dello strato di materiale termoplastico esterno 30 sovrapposto allo strato metallico 29 (se è assente il materiale termoplastico interno 30 a contatto con l’adesivo 28), si realizza il reciproco fissaggio dei pannelli e ali del pacchetto 1.
In figura 8 è illustrata una seconda forma di realizzazione dei mezzi saldatori 35, in cui il calore di fusione è ottenuto per mezzo di un circuito elettrico 38 comprendente un generatore di tensione e/o corrente 39, il quale provoca scariche elettrostatiche fra le strisce 27 sovrapposte, oppure determina un passaggio di corrente elettrica continua o alternata fra le due strisce 27 sovrapposte stesse.
Quanto detto relativamente alla realizzazione di pacchetti di tipo rigido a coperchio incernierato è ovviamente estendibile a contenitori di altro tipo, quali, ad esempio, pacchetti di sigarette di tipo rigido con differente schema di piegatura dei pannelli e delle ali, di pacchetti di sigarette di tipo morbido, o stecche di pacchetti di sigarette ed in generale a quelle operazioni, che nelle macchine confezionatrici di tipo noto prevedono Γ utilizzo di materiale adesivo, come, ad esempio, Γ applicazione di bollini di Stato, ed il fissaggio deH’involucro interno 2 contenente il gruppo di sigarette 3 all’ involucro esterno 5.
Secondo una ulteriore forma di realizzazione, illustrata in figura 11, lo strato metallico 29 può essere costituito da una vernice 40 a base metallica, come ad esempio una resina acrilica con pigmenti conduttivi dispersi, preapplicata allo sbozzato 9.

Claims (10)

  1. R I V E N D I C A Z I O N I 1. Metodo per la realizzazione di contenitori di prodotti, comprendente una pluralità di fasi di piegatura di sbozzati o spezzoni di materiale d’avvolgimento ed una pluralità di fasi di fissaggio degli sbozzati o spezzoni in corrispondenza di zone determinate, caratterizzato dal fatto che le fasi di fissaggio sono costituite da operazioni di saldatura reciproca fra coppie di zone determinate in reciproco contatto, le zone determinate comprendendo almeno una striscia (27) dotata di almeno di uno strato (29) di materiale elettricamente conduttore.
  2. 2. Metodo secondo la rivendicazione 1, caratterizzato dal fatto che ciascuna operazione di saldatura prevede il passaggio di una zona determinata attraverso un campo elettromagnetico (37’).

  4. 4. Contenitore realizzato secondo il metodo delle rivendicazioni da 1 a 3, caratterizzato dal fatto che le strisce (27) dotate di almeno uno strato di materiale elettricamente conduttore (29) sono atte a consentire il collegamento per fusione fra le dette zone determinate.
  5. 5. Contenitore secondo la rivendicazione 4, caratterizzato dal fatto che le strisce (27) sono costituite da uno strato metallico (29).
  6. 6. Contenitore secondo la rivendicazione 4, caratterizzato dal fatto che le strisce (27) comprendono almeno uno strato di materiale termosaldabile (30) sovrapposto allo strato metallico (29).
  7. 7. Contenitore secondo la rivendicazione 4, caratterizzato dal fatto che le strisce (27) sono costituite da uno strato (40) di vernice a base metallica.
  8. 8. Contenitore secondo la rivendicazione 7, caratterizzato dal fatto che lo strato di (40) di vernice è costituito da una resina acrilica con pigmenti conduttivi dispersi.
  9. 9. Contenitore secondo una qualsiasi delle rivendicazioni da 4 a 6, caratterizzato dal fatto che la striscia (27) comprende uno strato (28) adesivo di applicazione della striscia (27) stessa al materiale di avvolgimento (9, 24).
  10. 10. Contenitore secondo la rivendicazione 4, caratterizzato dal fatto che lo strato metallico (29) è costituito da materiale cartaceo contenente particelle metalliche.
