Abstract

Pressa operante in continuo laddove le piastre di riscaldamento e di entrata (30), sono orientabili attorno all'asse di rotazione (e), e formano l'intercapedine di entrata (11), con i sistemi di entrata (17, 18) del tavolo di pressatura (9) della mazza di pressatura (10), presentano rispettivamente una zona di allineamento (c) delle aste di rotolamento, una zona di precompressione (a) curva dell'oggetto da pressare, ed una zona di compressione diritta (b), laddove l'appoggio nella zona di entrata (c, b), per le aste di rotolamento (12) dalla tangente di entrata (33) fino all'inizio (e) della zona HD di alta pressione con pressione di pressatura crescente in modo continuo da 0 bar fino ad HD max, mediante più organi di sostegno idraulici (28 e 32) per la zona di allineamento (c) delle aste di rotolamento, con vincolo meccanico ed elasticamente, per la zona di precompressione (a) dell'oggetto da pressare e per la zona di compressione (b), è articolato in due zone di pressione rigide, con vincolo meccanico, ed a tale scopo è possibile comandare un profilo dinamico impostabile servoidraulicamente, con controllo tramite calcolatore, con angolo di compressione variabile (?),e infine dall'inizio della zona di allineamento (c) delle aste di rotolamento fino ad ¼ della zona di precompressione (a) dell'oggetto da pressare, la pressione di pressatura viene formata in maniera crescente da 0 fino a HD max /4' laddove il tratto di entrata (c, a, b), a partire dall'ultimo terzo della zona di allineamento c delle aste di rotolamento e nella zona di precompressione dell'oggetto da pressare "a" con una curvatura RF rispetto al raggio del tamburo di rinvio RU, è realizzato con raggio uguale fino a raggio superiore di due volte.(Figura 2).
