Abstract

Per accatastare su palette (10, 11) cartoni (12) che giungono su nastri di adduzione (13, 14), viene impiegato un robot palettizzatore (15), il quale preleva i cartoni (12) per mezzo di una testa aspirante (17) e, mediante rotazione e movimenti ascendenti e discendenti, li eroga alla paletta (10, 11). Per ridurre i necessari movimenti verticali di un braccio articolato (16), i cartoni (12) vengono convogliati verso l'alto o verso il basso per mezzo di piattaforme verticalmente mobili (30, 31) in direzione del braccio articolato (16) in modo che i movimenti verticali dello stesso vengano ad essere corrispondentemente ridotti. Un dispositivo rivelatore (17), interagendo con contrassegni (45, 46) applicati sui cartoni (12), genera segnali di comando che vengano inviati al palettizzatore (15) come pure alle piattaforme verticalmente mobili (30, 31). In tal modo è possibile ottenere un accatastamento "pulito" anche quando i cartoni (12) differiscono tra loro per tipo o, in particolare, quando presentano contenuti diversi e vengono, inoltre, erogati dai nastri di adduzione (13, 14) in sequenza irregolare. (Figura 3)
