Abstract
An office building construction has a floor area (9) defined by front and left blocks (11,12). The floor area includes two groups of workstation modules (W) running parallel to said left block. The left block and the workstation groups are mutually separated by respective corridors (13, 14).

An Office Building Construction
The present invention relates to an office building construction.
According to the present invention there is provided an office building construction having a floor area defined by front and left blocks, said floor area including two groups of workstation modules running parallel to said left block, said left block and said workstation groups being mutually separated by respective corridors.
Preferably, said groups of workstation modules are defined by partition members.
An embodiment of the invention will now be described, by way of example, with reference to the accompanying drawing which is a plan view of an office building construction according to the invention.
Referring now to the drawing, there is shown an office building construction generally indicated at 10 according to the invention. The office building 10 comprises a floor area 9 defined by front and left blocks 11 and 12 respectively. Two groups workstation modules W run parallel to the left block 12. The left block 12 and the groups of workstation modules are mutually spaced apart to provide respective corridors 13 and 14. The corridors 13, 14 allow access to each of the workstation modules W and offices 23 located in respective blocks 11 and 12.

The groups of workstation modules are disposed on either side of respective partition members 15 and 16 which run parallel to the left block 12. Transverse partition members 17 and 18 separate the workstation modules W on each side of the respective members 15, and 16 from one another. It will be seen that at least one of the workstations W can be replaced by a storage area 19.
Claims (3)
1. An office building construction having a floor area defined by front and left blocks, said floor area 5 including two groups of workstation modules running parallel to said left block, said left block and said workstation groups being mutually separated by respective corridors. 10
2. An office building construction as claimed in Claim 1 wherein, said groups of workstation modules are defined by partition members.
3. An office building construction substantially as 15 hereinbefore described with reference to the accompanying drawing.
