Abstract
A találmány legalább két pirolitikus úton kialakított rétegből állóbevonatot hordozó átlátszó üveglapra vonatkozik, amelyre az jellemző,hogy a bevonatban egy olyan anyagból kialakított, 15-500 nm vastagságúkonduktív vagy félvezető réteg van, amely anyag adalékot tartalmazófém-oxidból áll, ahol az adalék mennyisége 100 mol fém-oxidravonatkoztatva 1-100 mol, és ahol a fém-oxid egy vagy több, avolfrám(VI)-oxid (XO3), molibdén(VI)-oxid (MoO3), nióbium(V)-oxid(Nb2O5), tantál (V)-oxid (Ta2O5), vanádium (V)-oxid (V2O5) és vanádium(IV)-oxid (VO2) közül kiválasztott fém-oxid, miáltal az ilyenbevonatot hordozó lap átbocsátott és visszavert fénye neutrális vagykék színű, valamint a lap fényáteresztése 30-85%, szelektivitása pedig1-nél nagyobb.
