Abstract

Atalálmány olyan, átlátszó szubsztrátumra vonatkozik, amely egypirolitikusan kialakított, ón- és antimon-oxidot 0,01-0,5Sb/Snmólarányban tartalmazó bevonóréteget hordoz, és amelyre az jellemző,hogy a bevonóréteg az alumínium, króm, kobalt, vas, mangán, magnézium,nikkel, vanádium, cink és cirkónium közül kiválasztott egy vagy többtovábbi adalékot tartalmaz és fluortól mentes, miáltal az ilyenbevonatú szubsztrátum fényvisszaverése (RL) legalább 10%. Atalálmánykiterjed a fenti, bevonattal ellátott, átlátszó szubsztrátumelőállítási eljárására is, amelynek során egy reaktánskeverékből aszubsztrátumon pirolitikusan egy ón-oxidot és antimont 0,01-0,5Sb/Snmólarányban tartalmazó bevonóréteget helyeznek el, ahol areaktánskeverék egy ónforrásból és egy antimonforrásból áll, és amelyeljárásra az jellemző, hogy a reaktánskeverék az alumínium, króm,kobalt, vas, mangán, magnézium, nikkel, vanádium, cink és cirkóniumközül kiválasztott egy vagy több további adalékot tartalmaz, ésfluortól mentes.
