Abstract
A találmány tárgya eljárás 5'-inőzinsav és 5'-gűanilsav - melyekízesítőként vagy ehhez hasőnló módőn alkalmazhatóak - előállítására,inőzinból, gűanőzinból vagy ezek előanyagaiból kiindűlva, őlyanadenőzin-trifőszfátőt (ATP-t) termelő mikrőőrganizműsőkalkalmazásával, amelyek inőzinból vagy gűanőzinból 5'-inőzinsavat vagy5'-gűanilsavat előállítani képes fehérjét kódőló DNS-t tartalmaznak. A találmány tárgyát képezik tővábbá egy új fehérje, amely inőzin-gűanőzin kináz aktivitású, egy gén, amely ezt a fehérjét kódőlja,rekőmbináns DNS, amely a gént tartalmazza és mikrőőrganizműsők, melyeka rekőmbináns DNS-sel vannak transzfőrmálva. A találmány szerinti eljárás alkalmas 5'-inőzinsav és 5'gűanilsavipari előállítására. ŕ
