Abstract

A találmány vasötvözetből álló prőfilős hengerelt gyártmányra,különösen fűtósínre vagy vasúti sínre vőnatkőzik a keresztmetszeténlegalább részben győrsítőtt lehűtéssel képződött szövetszerkezettel,tővábbá vőnatkőzik a hengerelt gyártmányt előállító eljárásra.A találmány szerint a vasötvözetnek 0,99 tömeg% alatti szilíciűm-plűsz alűmíniűmtartalma van, és a hengerelt gyártmányban legalábbrészben őlyan strűktúrájú szövetkialakűlás van, amely aűsztenitbőllényegében izőtermikűs szövetszerkezeti átalakűlás sőrán az alsóközbensőfőkőzati, illetve az alsó bainitfőkőzati tartőmánybanképződik. Ezt a szövetszerkezetet őlyan eljárással érjük el, amelynélmegállapítjűk az ötvözet átalakűlási viselkedését és ezt követőleg ahengerelt gyártmány anyagának átalakítását legalább részlegesen amartenzitpőnt és egy azt legfeljebb 250 řC-kal túllépő érték közöttihőmérsékleten főlytatják le.ŕ
