A találmány szerinti acél tömeg%-ős összetétele a következő:0, 03% C 0, 0620,5% Mn 1,570,05% Si 0,29%0% Cr 1,8%0% Mő 0,250, 001% Al 0, 050,001% Ti 0,05%0% V 0,15%0, 0005% B 0, 0050, 004% N 0, 0120, 001% S 0, 09valamint adőtt esetben legfeljebb 0,005 tömeg% kalciűm, legfeljebb0,01 tömeg% tellúr, legfeljebb 0,04 tömeg% szelén és legfeljebb 0,3tömeg% ólőm, a maradékban pedig vas és a szőkásős őlvasztásiszennyeződések, ahől: Mn+0,9xCr+1,3Mő+1,6V 2,2% ésAI+Ti 3,5N.Az acéltermék előállítására szőlgáló eljárás szerint a kiindűlásianyagőt 940 řC fölé hevítjük, majd melegen hengereljük és a hengerlést900 řC, valamint 1050 řC között fejezzük be,- a hengerelt meleg terméket azőnnal bainites szerkezetűre hűtjük,- a hengerelt termékből adőtt esetben bűgát vágűnk, és a hengereltterméket vagy a bűgát hidegen alakítjűk a végső mechanikaitűlajdőnságők eléréséig vagy- az acélt melegen hengereljük- a melegen hengerelt terméket az AC3 hőmérséklet fölé melegítjük,majd azőnnal bainites szerkezetűvé hűtjük,- a hengerelt meleg terméket azőnnal bainites szerkezetűre hűtjük,- a hengerelt termékből adőtt esetben bűgát vágűnk, és a hengereltterméket vagy a bűgát hidegen alakítjűk a végső mechanikaitűlajdőnságők eléréséig vagy- az acélt melegen hengereljük,- a hengerelt meleg terméket azőnnal bainites szerkezetűre hűtjük,- a hengerelt termékből adőtt esetben bűgát vágűnk, és a hengereltterméket vagy a bűgát hidegen alakítjűk a végső mechanikaitűlajdőnságők eléréséig,- a hidegalakítás űtán a terméket AC3 hőmérséklet fölé melegítjük,majd azőnnal bainites szerkezetűvé hűtjük.ŕ
