Abstract
본 발명은, 베이나이트 조직을 가지며, RP0.2≥800MPa, Rm≥1000MPa, Kcu≥50J/㎠와 같은 기계적 성질을 가지며, 강의 화학조성은, 중량비로 0.05%≤C≤0.12%, 0.1%≤Si≤0.45%, 1.01%≤Mn≤1.8%, 0.15%≤Cr≤0.15%, 0.06%≤Mo≤0.12%, Cu≤0.30%, Ni≤0.30%, 0.01%≤Ti≤0.04%, 0.005%≤Al≤0.04%, 0.006%≤N≤0.013%, 0.0005%≤B≤0.004%, P≤0.025%, 0.2%≤S≤0.1%, 0%≤Pb≤0.1%, 0%≤Te≤0.07%, 선택적으로 0.0002% 내지 0.002%의 Ca, 및 잔부가 철과 정련과정에서 발생한 불순물로 구성되며, 이 화학조성은 관계식, 0.2%≤Ni+Mo+Cu≤0.7%을 만족하며, 950℃위의 온도에서 순수 붕소의 함유량이 0.0005% 이상인 단조품 제조용 강에 관한 것이다.

Claims (5)
- 베이나이트 조직을 가지며, 20℃에서 RP0.2≥800MPa, Rm≥1000MPa, Kcu≥50J/㎠와 같은 기계적 특성을 갖는 단조품 제조용 강에 있어서, 상기 강의 화학조성은, 중량비로, 0.05%≤C≤0.12%, 0.1%≤Si≤0.45%, 1.01%≤Mn≤1.8%, 0.15%≤Cr≤0.15%, 0.06%≤Mo≤0.12%, Cu≤0.30%, Ni≤0.30%, 0.01%≤Ti≤0.04%, 0.005%≤Al≤0.04%, 0.006%≤N≤0.013%, 0.0005%≤B≤0.004%, P≤0.025%, 0.2%≤S≤0.1%, 0%≤Pb≤0.1%, 0%≤Te≤0.07%, 선택적으로 0.0002% 내지 0.002%의 Ca, 및 잔부가 철과 정련과정에서 발생한 불순물로 구성되며, 또한 화학조성은 관계식, 0.2%≤Ni+Mo+Cu≤0.7%을 만족하며, 950℃ 이상의 온도에서 순수 붕소의 함유량이 0.0005% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 단조품 제조용 강.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학조성이, 0.05%≤C≤0.08%, 0.15%≤Si≤0.35%, 1.01%≤Mn≤1.35%, 0.8%≤Cr≤1.15%, 0.08%≤Mo≤0.11%인 것을 특징으로 하는 단조품 제조용 강.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 강으로 된 빌렛을 제조하는 단계와, 상기 빌렛을 1000℃ 내지 1320℃ 사이의 재가열 온도(T1)로 가열하고, 단조하는 단계와, 이 단조는 온도(T2)에서 완료되며, 재가열 온도(T1)는 온도(T2)에서 순수 붕소 함유량(Buc)이 0.0005%이상이 되도록 선택된 온도이며, 단조 직후에, 단조품의 어느 지점에서든, 온도(T2)와 100℃ 사이에서의 평균 냉각속도가 14℃/s를 초과하고, 바람직하게는 250℃/s 미만이 되도록 단조품을 상온까지 냉각시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단조품 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 강으로 구성되고, 베이나이트 조직을 가지며, 20℃에서 RP0.2≥800MPa, Rm≥1000MPa, Kcu≥50J/㎠와 같은 기계적 성질을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 단조품.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 단조품의 평균 직경이 55mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 단조품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
