Abstract
Procedimiento de fabricacion de una pieza de acero para la fabricacion de piezas forjadas que tiene una estructura bainítica, caracterizada porque: se calienta el trozo hasta una temperatura de calentamiento Tl comprendida entre 1,000 degree C y 1,320 degree C y se le forja, terminándose el forjado a una temperatura T2, siendo escogida la temperatura de calentamiento Tl para que, a la temperatura T2, el contenido en boro no combinado Bnc sea superior o igual a 0,0005%, se enfría la pieza directamente después del forjado hasta la temperatura ambiente, de tal manera que, en todos los puntos de la pieza, la velocidad media de enfriamiento de la pieza entre la temperatura T2 y 100 degree C sea superior a 14 degree C/s y, preferentemente, inferior a 250 degree C/s.
