Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE CHAPA ELéTRICA NãO ORIENTADA EM GRãOS". A invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de chapas elétricas não orientadas em grãos, laminadas a quente, no qual uma fita a quente é laminada com uma espessura de <243> 1,5 mm de um material preliminar, tal como lingotes fundidos, fitas, fitas preliminares ou lingotes finos, que é produzido de um aço com (em % em peso) C: 0,0001 - 0,05%, Si: <243> 1,5%, AI: <243> 0,5%, sendo que [%Si] + 2[%AI] <243> 1,8, Mn: 0,1 - 1,2%, opcionalmente, até 1,5%, no total, de aditivos de liga, tal como P, Sn, Sb, Zr, V, Ti, N, Ni, Co, Nb e/ou B, restante ferro, bem como impurezas usuais, em um escalão de cilindro de acabamento, a temperaturas situadas acima da temperatura de Ar~ 1~, sendo que pelo menos a última passagem de deformação da laminação a quente é realizada na zona mista de austenita / ferrita e o total da alteração de forma <sym>~ H~, obtida no curso da laminação na zona mista de austenita / ferrita, é de < 35%. Com o processo de acordo com a invenção podem ser produzidas, de modo não dispendioso, chapas elétricas, não orientadas em grãos, particularmente de espessura maior, que possuem boas propriedades magnéticas.
