연속소둔(燒屯)에 의한 내시효성이 우수한 냉연간판의 제조방법

제1도는 본 발명의 과냉각적의 냉각속도, 급냉종점온도, 재가열온도폭의 조건을 결정하기 위한 실험에 사용된 열사이클을 나타내는 도면,
제2도는 과냉각전의 냉각속도와 시효특성의 관계를 나타내는 도면,
제3도는 급냉종점온도와 시효특성의 관계를 나타내는 도면.

Claims (3)

  1. C:0.010-0.06%, Mn:0.05-0.4%, S:0.002-0.025%, P:0.010% 이하, So1.A10.01-0.10%, N:0.0010-0.0060%, 나머지 철 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 강철을 통상의 방법으로 열연판으로 하고, 냉연한 냉연강판을 재결정. 입(粒)성장시킨 후, 급냉.과냉각,제가열.경사과시효를 행하는 연속소둔법에 있어서, 재결정, 입성장후에 720-600℃로부터 200-310℃의 급냉종점온도(TE)까지를 50-250℃/sec의 급냉속도(α)로 급냉하고, 0-15초간 보정한 후, 적어도 40℃이상의 재가열을 행하여 320-400℃의 제가열온도(TR)로 재가열하고, 그 온도에서 냉각 또는 보정의 종료온도 (TC1)까지 0.7℃/sec이하(조정을 포함함)로, 하기의 (1)식으로 주어진 시간 t1초간의 냉각 또는 보정을 행하고 계속해서 350℃이상의 온도구역의 냉각은 10℃/sec이하의 평균 냉각속도로, 350℃미만으로부터 350℃이상의 온도구역의 냉각은 하기의 (2)식으로 한정된 평균냉각속도(C.R2)로, 또, 300℃미만의 온도구역의 냉각은 하기의 (3)식의 평균 냉각속도(C.R3)로, 285-220℃까지 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속소둔에 의한 내시효성이 우수한 냉연강판의 제조방법.

  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전기항 강(鋼)의 B를 B/N 0.5-2.0 더욱 함유한 연질의 가공성이 좋은 것을 특징으로 하는 연속소둔에 의한 내시효성이 우수한 냉연강판의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항-제2항에 있어서, 전기한 급냉속(α)가 80-250℃임을 특징으로하는 연속소둔에 의한 내시효성이 우수한 냉연강판이 제조방법.
