제3도는 급냉종점온도와 시효특성의 관계를 나타내는 도면.
Claims (3)
- C:0.010-0.06%, Mn:0.05-0.4%, S:0.002-0.025%, P:0.010% 이하, So1.A10.01-0.10%, N:0.0010-0.0060%, 나머지 철 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 강철을 통상의 방법으로 열연판으로 하고, 냉연한 냉연강판을 재결정. 입(粒)성장시킨 후, 급냉.과냉각,제가열.경사과시효를 행하는 연속소둔법에 있어서, 재결정, 입성장후에 720-600℃로부터 200-310℃의 급냉종점온도(TE)까지를 50-250℃/sec의 급냉속도(α)로 급냉하고, 0-15초간 보정한 후, 적어도 40℃이상의 재가열을 행하여 320-400℃의 제가열온도(TR)로 재가열하고, 그 온도에서 냉각 또는 보정의 종료온도 (TC1)까지 0.7℃/sec이하(조정을 포함함)로, 하기의 (1)식으로 주어진 시간 t1초간의 냉각 또는 보정을 행하고 계속해서 350℃이상의 온도구역의 냉각은 10℃/sec이하의 평균 냉각속도로, 350℃미만으로부터 350℃이상의 온도구역의 냉각은 하기의 (2)식으로 한정된 평균냉각속도(C.R2)로, 또, 300℃미만의 온도구역의 냉각은 하기의 (3)식의 평균 냉각속도(C.R3)로, 285-220℃까지 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속소둔에 의한 내시효성이 우수한 냉연강판의 제조방법.ts≤t1≤th+20······················· (1)식C.R2S≤C.R2≤C.R2h·····················(2)식C.R3S≤C.R3≤C.R3h····················· (3)식단,ts=×esp(0.0130XTE+25024/(546+TR+Tc1)-23.33)th=×esp(0.0130XTE+25024/(546+TR+Tc1)-22.45)C.R2s=(-2.983X(1/α)+0.168)Xexp(-0.0130XTE+5.18)C.R2h=(-4.185X(1/α)+0.263)Xexp(-0.0130XTE+6.06)C.R3s=(-0.695X(1/α)+0.0392)Xexp(-0.0130XTE+5.18)C.R3h=(-1.313X(1/α)+0.0741)Xexp(-0.0130XTE+6.06)ts: 제 가열후의 경사 또는 보정의 최소시간(sec)th: 제 가열후의 경사 또는 보정의 최대사간(sec)α : 과냉각전의 급냉속도(℃/sec)TE: 급냉종점온도(℃)TR: 재가열온도(℃)Tc1: 재가열후의 경사 또는 보정의 종료온도(℃)C.R2s: 350미만-300℃이상구역의 최소의 평균냉속(℃/sec)C.R2h: 350미만-300℃이상의 최대의 평균냉속(℃/sec)C.R3s: 300℃미만의 온도구역의 최소의 평균냉속(℃/sec)C.R3h: 300℃미만의 온도구역의 최대의 평균냉속(℃/sec)
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기항 강(鋼)의 B를 B/N 0.5-2.0 더욱 함유한 연질의 가공성이 좋은 것을 특징으로 하는 연속소둔에 의한 내시효성이 우수한 냉연강판의 제조방법.
- 제1항-제2항에 있어서, 전기한 급냉속(α)가 80-250℃임을 특징으로하는 연속소둔에 의한 내시효성이 우수한 냉연강판이 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
